Came up here from Florida on a trip and as we left we stopped by for breakfast and so happy we did! The service was impeccable, the cleanliness perfect and the food was DELICIOUS. I recommend any out of towners give this a stop and appreciate the hot breakfast!

Always passed by this spot for years but never stopped in until today, Sunday breakfast. Classic diner serving up classic breakfast (and lunch) meals. Sat at the counter to see all the action by the two in-sync cooks. You'll also never have an empty cup of coffee as Ms Goldy kept it flowing. Pictured here is their Heart Healthy Egg Whites and turkey patties with a side of fruit and toast. Please note that this spot is cash only. There is an ATM inside just in case. Prices can't be beat.

First time here and the diner exceeded my expectations! I’ve been to so many breakfast places I’ve lost count and never felt impelled to leave a review about a breakfast skillet until now. This is hands down the best skillet I’ve ever had. I ordered the meat w/veggies skillet with pepper Jack cheese. Instead of toast I ordered the pancakes, which were bigger and tastier than I expected as well. The atmosphere is cute too & staff are super friendly. Looking forward to taking friends and family here!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff here are fantastic. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm good morning from the cooks and the waitresses, even though they were slammed. We took spots at the counter so we could watch the cooks work their magic. Those two were so much fun to watch while we ate. They’re very skilled and put out delicious food. Everything they made looked amazing, from the omelettes to the salads. We ordered a corned beef hash and two eggs with ham and hash browns. Everything was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back! Cash only.

Another “Sunday-morning-after-Church” breakfast masterpiece by my good friend Florin & his staff at Goldy’s on NW Hwy in Park Ridge. Our Sunday morning routine for 20 yrs! If you’re in the area, you’d do well to stop in for breakfast or lunch! Florin is the best short-order cook in the area! Every meal made to order.

Excellent local diner, delicious fresh soup, excellent omelets, and their lunch menu of burgers and homestyle favorites make a strong case for best diner in a 30 Minute driving radius. Staff is also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious! Big portions and very reasonably priced. What stood out the most is the service! Will be returning.

Amazing lunch, fries were great, and I had the blue burger which tasted and kept together perfectly. Also the soup and coleslaw felt home made. You can’t beat finding places like these they are so hard to find and this deserves to be stapled known and praised about and shared to everyone. The staff give such a welcoming atmosphere walking in the hellos and smiles. Keep it up, this is what dinning is all about. Thank you Goldie’s staff!

Second time I've been here and i couldn't wait to go back! Watching the cooks make the food is so impressive and shows how much they love making food. Super friendly staff, definitely try it out!

Awful! Potatoes, onions & peppers were undercooked, eggs overcooked and muffin was burnt. My wife got her oatmeal ten minutes before I got my food. ZERO STARS

A friendly local diner with good service and tasty food. Transactions are "cash only" keeping prices reasonable. I love that mini-waffles are offered as side for breakfast offerings.

Small place with BIG marks for satisfaction! Food is delicious. Try their mini waffles. Service is fine. During busy times, it does get a little noisy in there.

Was a nice diner. My type of place for breakfast. Eggs Benedict needed paprika. Eggs done perfect.

Great place to eat. Good food, good service friendly atmosphere. What I can't figure out is why you can get fully cooked hash brown potatoes. Not just Goldy's most everywhere that serves breakfast. If you can't cook them fully why serve them. Please cook them both sides at least so they are steaming when served.

Food here is so delicious. Everything here taste so fresh and is of the highest quality. I can not say enough good about this restaurant.
