    My name is Bethany and my son and I visited this morning due to a lingering cough I’ve been having (my son’s school was closed). The PA (Garrett) and the x-ray technician could not have been more pleasant! It’s rare to find healthcare professionals in such high spirits when they are not dealing directly with children. I will continue to keep coming to this location just as I’ve done for the last three years. The compassion these professionals show patients is unmatched! Thank you all very much!

    Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. All of the women who took care of me made me feel very well cared for and comfortable. They also give you an option upon check in, when the wait time to be seen is long to leave and come back at a later time. Which is really nice when you’re not feeling your best to not have to sit around a waiting room for hours with no idea when you’ll be seen. All around a very good experience!

    I've never visited before and I must say I was very impressed. Check in was made simple and easy. The 1st person I met was Taylor she did my vitals, covid and flu tests. She was very nice and friendly. Deidre was my attending physician and she was extremely thorough and also extremely nice and caring. Another plus was in house pharmacy. As soon as I got home I explained to my husband what a pleasant experience it was even while not feeling well. I will definitely share my experience and highly recommend the Westbrook branch.     My first time at Convenient MD. I was seen within minutes of registering and had 3 tests and a prescription filled on site within 1 hour! Michelle and my FNP Sonia were fantastic. Their name says it all. Your can pre-register for even faster service. Thanks!

    First time at this location but couldn’t have had a better experience from the front desk, to the nurse & the doctor! I was seen in a timely manner & the staff was professional, kind & took care of my issue! I was very pleased with the care I received (I had my doubts due to seeing unfavorable reviews) happily surprised! This was a Saturday morning too! 5 stars!!! I would go back if I needed to & would highly recommend.

    The visit to quick care ConvenientMD was very good…. Frankly, I had heard of a number negative comments… Not sure why… Some folks had very good comments too… I said to my lady, who came with me, lets make a visit to ConvenientMD since my nasty cold has been getting better way too slowly and I should have it check out… As my Dad, who had over 51 US patents, said, “It never works right the first time.” BUT, there has to be a first time… Since I am not a Doctor and don’t drink or smoke at all, I have to find out what is going on… In the end, I want to know what my health problem is/was… Was it really acute bronchitis… Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and knew his stuff… After taking all the meds, I’ll be back after getting much better….

    My 16 month old was not doing well with a severe cough, so bad that he was having coughing fits that resulted in him vomiting twice within an hour. His pediatrician couldn’t see him, so we stopped in to Convenient MD. They were able to see him immediately and get him treated with steroids. 🙏🏼 He is still healing but he’s at the point where I can just help him feel better with snuggles and fluids/food.

    After checking in, I watched patients who arrived after me get called to exam rooms. After about 20 minutes of not being called I was called back to the check-in window only to be told I had been "booted off" the queue. I was then re-checked in and I was seen immediately. The doctor was great. Listened, examined me, and prescribed a med to address my issue. Aside from the check-in snag, I receive good care.

    I've had a hard time finding any type of doctor that I can actually trust. I always get severe panic attacks because of my encounters with doctors automatically assume I am not hurting or sick and they are always rude and ignorant to me. ConvenientMD Urgent Care has not only respected and listened to me, they show compassion, kindness and caring. You can see they actually love there Jobs and go above and beyond. Thank you ConvenientMD you guys gave me a chance, and enough confidence to find a regular doctor again

    So the medical care aspect was fine. Got the flu shot just before Xmas; in and out in 20 mins. My issue is the billing - I did not get a bill but got a text from a collections agency. Called their billing dept; after a 20 min wait, I got through to a very helpful woman, Nicola, who clarified that I was not overdue, and that this wouldn't affect my credit score. Apparently they don't send out paper bills anymore (which I need for the FSA), you just get a text from a collection agency. Maybe being billed in this way is the norm now, but it does not work for me, will not be going back. Not the first time I've had an issue like this with this outfit either

    We have had some mixed experiences. Sometimes the receptionists are super friendly and other days they don’t greet you and it feels rushed. Sometimes you get a great doctor that is willing to listen and takes their time. Other days you get a doctor who literally stands on the opposite side of the room and without even doing any sort of exam and just gives their diagnosis (this happened to my son for an eye infection, doctor literally didn’t even come over to my son and look at his eye, and I also had to request for her to check his ears which the doctor seemed bothered by). Our most recent experience I called ahead to confirm they had flu shots for me and my kids, they did and I double checked it was just it was only walk in (as I know they do call a heads for other reasons). Just walk in, so brought my two young kids in and was told the wait for the flu shots would be at least 40 minutes. Super disappointing it would be that long of a wait, as I know the nurses just administer so I know it’s not as though we have to wait for a doctor to be available. Had to turn right around, waste of a trip. I understand so many places are short staffed but I wish when I had called previously they would have mentioned how long the wait would be before we made the trip there. So when it comes down to it if we need something and it is after our PCP office hours or on a weekend we would use convenient MD again, however disappointing that due to our mixed experiences we just don’t know what to expect for our next visit.
