Excellent environment. Decent people. Not so crowded so it is easy to work out on different machines. The staff is supportive. The trainer is very helpful and down to earth kind of person. Terrific in one word to describe after 1 month of usage. Also the best in town. The gym has extended to almost double. There is a lot of space to do cardio. You and dance and perform exercises at the same time.

Updated review: Good gym for beginners, some equipments missing. Like squat rack and deadlift platform. Other things is good and clean. Trainers are good with good knowledge of exercises.

One must join this gym if you want to lose your fat..also good for those person who want to gain weight..best gym I have ever seen..love to be a part of this..trainers are also very friendly.. they also provide soo many facility..very hygienic as well as safe for women also..one must try it..

The gym is ok ….special thanks to Ashish sir for training everyone so well. He have the best knowledge and understands everyone’s fitness goals. He is the best trainer I have come across 🙌🏻. He has been a true motivation and made lifting weights easier than I thought.

Don't go for the ratings only. Just visit once and see for yourself how much better and well-equipped it is. And those who complain about the prices should look at the machines, their management, and the cleanliness maintained at this place with all the facilities that are being provided. I hope you will see its value.

Very nice Gym with all equipments in large space. It's maintenance and upkeep are of higher standards.

Gym is good but too costly. Even Lucknow, Varansi, Mau, Gorakhpur are bigger cities. In the cities you will get better GYMs than AVS. But they are not such costly. In the cities charges are from 1000 to 1500. They also offer good offers. But in AVS there is no diacount. AVS should be lenient. After visiting here I visited BULLDOG GYM and after convincing them, they charged 1500. Now understand yourself which one is better.

AVS Fitness is one of the best gym i have ever seen..the trainers are very professional & friendly in nature. There are different slot for men and women ,they provide diet chat also & tremendous facilities.Love to be the part of AVS Fitness family.😊
