The hotel is a new property, perfect location, nicely made, clean, hygienic and courteous staff. The food in buffet is good but in room dining food dishes are not upto mark. Tried their pizza and burger, really not upto the mark as we expect from Ramada group of hotels. Decent stay for business and family trips..

Room are well furnished and well managed. Few practices were good at the same time some are not upto the level, e.g. Towels were smelling badly. They should pay attention on it. Break fast was perfect. Overall its a good property to visit.

It's a newly opened hotel. Few things are still under construction. Rooms are ok. Many amenities are under repair. Staff is good. Food is ok Location is in a residential area. Good for a short business stay.

Food is good but can be improved..i had veg pizza which was tasty and some mix veggie rolls which were very dry in taste, there is lot of improvement needed on the hygiene part. We could see some dirt on the floor as well as on the lamps above our tables. Please take care of that, that is the most crucial thing for customers. I have double thoughts now whether i should visit again in the future!.

I had a very nice stay here. The beds are cozy and comfy.... Food quality and taste is something which you will surely like. The rooms are over-all good. Staff here is polite, well behaved and provides you quick services with a smile. Over-all it's a very good experience. Would surely recommend you to stay here in case one visits here

Food is excellent. It's new property with aesthetically designed rooms. Staff is prompt. Teething problems were visible in rooms, but i am sure will improve with time. Overall a great property for business as well family travellers.

Rooms size for a business traveller single person is perfect. Gets very crampy if travelling with family which was in my case . For some reason the staff kept the exit door open on my floor due to which the tandoor exhaust was straight into our floor passage and entire floor was smelling of tandoor. I guess since its a fairly new property they have these teething issues . Location is perfect. Service is good. Breakfast was sufficient.

The girl at reception has no idea how to manage waiting customers for the restaurant. Our experience on 30th April 2023 at 9 pm was bad. On asking who will inform and how and when table is available, she told us, " You can wait if you like , and you can go if you like "

Poor experience After purchasing the membership cost 11000. At the starter we only got chicken tikka, salad, Manchurian, cheese bolls and only a few pieces of fish as we needed fish again No pieces of fish over there at the tray. And at dinner Only Matton gosht,Dal chawal, Paneer, some other veges and no Dish of Gravy chicken. The main part over there is the staff is only serving for the paying guest which is very Disappointing Mee.. visited restaurant with my family, food was okay but service needs improvement. Ramada offers membership which includes bar and pool facilities which are not available yet so feeling a bit cheated. Don’t know about the future but for now it is not recommended at all due to lack of service and trust.
