Brilliant 5-star property to stay at. Their service, the rooms, the food, the ambience or anything else that you can want or need, is absolutely top notch! Although, I stayed there for just one night, but the experience has been superb! The room is aesthetically pleasing and extremely relaxing AND most importantly, sound proof, which means you can have a sound and relaxed sleep. The washroom is wonderful as well where you can spend a substantial amount of time taking care of yourself. The food that they serve is also top notch in taste & quality. Overall, Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida doesn't disappoint you at all. Definitely recommended! ✌️

Good place for family gettering, good service, homely environment, the food very delicious. A great venue for hosting wedding events and family occasions. Breakfast spread was nice and rooms were very comfortable. The top floor view is very amazing. I truly appreciate such honesty and dedication to one's work. Thanks to the entire team for treating us to a wonderful experience.

Currently the location is little far. Dinner Buffet price is Rs 2900 but they won't provide prawns, just chicken and fish ( low cost fish). So as per menu it's not worth for the cost. Funny part is no sweet zeera mint provided. No icecreams too. Wooden work in room floors are lightly damaged. Water in bathroom floor is not draining properly. Complementary breakfast buffet is good. For the room price charged, they can provide new towels, but they gave washed ones.

Great place to stay and very professional and courteous staff. Food was also great and moreover the service was better than expected. Hotel Ambience is very good. Staff behaviour and ontime support as per requirement is good. Hopefully may visit one more time. Wonderful Experience.

Overall not a bad place to stay when visiting the expos. A very enjoyable breakfast. The staff in the club lounge were very helpful and made our stay but the wine was atrocious and needs an upgrade to drinkable. The pool area was well kept and pleasant. The in-house fees for transport are a complete rip off so use Uber when possible. The gym toilet urinals look like they have never been cleaned (one of them had vomit in it for a very long time…maybe weeks).

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The ambience, staff, chef’s, support staff so helpful. Amazing and lovely experience. The only problem here is that, you have nothing in surrounding will have to drive to the city to see the crowd.

Huge complex with very hospitable staff. Was here for an office training for about a week. It went great! The rooms are very spacious with a decent sized bathroom. All amenities are present expect for medicines and medical kit. Room service was just excellent!!

I stayed here about four years ago, and I forgot to write a review. As an IHG platinum member, I was upgraded to one of the suits. The hotel room itself was fantastic, the entire hotel was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the service was high standard. The restaurant food was amazing. The choice of food was great, especially as they had food from around the world. I had spa therapy which was amazing and the gym facility was good. I especially love the room service in which the chef came to the room and served hot delicious food, which some of it was cooked in front of me in my room kitchen. My hotel room was amazing, especially the Jacuzzi and the walk-in wardrobe, and the separate lounge area. The hotel rooms are contemporary and very high standard. This hotel is more like a resort which has so much going on. The only downside is the location which is nowhere near the centre of New Delhi. It is a distance to get to the centre of Delhi. However, the hotel do provide private taxis to take you there and you can book the taxi for up to 8 hours. Overall, this hotel is a great place to relax and the experience was amazing. You would never find a hotel similar to this in any European country. As a foreigner in the country, I truly had a fantastic time. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time I visit India.

Excellent staff, super service, GM, and executive chef are always available, and all the hotel staff are more than excellent. Care, service, good hygiene, varieties, etc .... my room was 1028, and I made C/Out on 8 June. I am very happy to have such colleagues in the company. Every host in this hotel was a real super star. The only challenge was the limitation of international dishes, but I managed myself. Again, thanks for everyone

Came here to attend a function and to stay for 2 nights. Their banquet is very beautiful and elegant and the service of the staff is also great. Good Food as well, especially their Indian cuisine. A great venue for hosting wedding events and family occasions. Rooms are also very nice. Clean and staff is very supportive.

The service is amazing. Laundry, room and everything is excellent expect for the food. The food quality is nice but it takes a lot of time to get the breads and other things from the kitchen. Amit, the floor incharge is very cooperative and polite.

A very hospitable hotel in greater Noida. The staff is super courteous, helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure to have stayed. The cleanliness, hygiene and covid prevention protocol were followed to the t. The breakfast service was good with the staff checking on us ever so frequently. It's just that I would have preferred some balconies in the rooms, sad to have missed some monsoon pours.

Great hotel, staff has been nice over the years. I would really want them to change the lights a bit, just feels gloomy. Food is really good. Specially off late.

Food, service, ambience everything is totally amazing but location is little far but definitely worth spending a weekend there. Most of all rooms have Excellent view. Last but not the least all rooms have bathtubs too.

If you had any shred of self respect for yourself then you should never book this hotel. 1) Doesn’t meet any bare minimum Covid protocol. Staffs aren’t wearing masks. 2) Rooms are DIRTY!!! Stains everywhere. I booked a suite and I didn’t even dare to sit on any of them. The bed headboard had a stain, the pillow had hair and was dark. The housekeeping literally went it and febreezed the room just left. 3) I called and complained. Guest service said manager would call back. I waited for 10 minutes and heard nothing back. I checked in at 3 , I checked out at 4 pm. 4) The check in counter only had 1 person manning it considering the long line. 5) Manager tried to salvage what’s left of this chaos by offering me a bigger room, but what’s that going to do when all the rooms are dirty. What’s worse is they still charged me lol!!!! Again, if you love yourself, stay the hell out of this hotel. I’m assuming the other crowne hotel worldwide are just as bad.

Been staying at the property on visit to Noida region for more than 05 years except for the brief hiatus of 2 plus years due to COVID. Apart from a comfortable lodging with all the amenities, the team at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has been an excellent host. Special thanks to Mr. Anil from the Hotel Food Dept - an excellent chef & human being who would whip up something you wanted off the menu in a jiffy (due conditions applied) and one who remembers smallest of details like which table I was sitting at on my last visit almost 2 and half years back!!! Good job Team, it's a pleasure staying with you.

Very spacious hotel. Good for fitness lovers as hotel is having big grounds for outdoor workouts and jogging track. Having one of the best very spacious health club facility that has latest gym equipments to fulfill all your fitness related requirements. International certified well experienced personal trainers and floor trainers for personalized trainings. In addition to that having nice steam and sauna with swimming pool. Must give it a try. Excellent service.

This is the cheapest 5 star hotel in Noida - Greater Noida area. 1 room with king size bed costs 3200 on average days, breakfast and dinner are extra although I highly recommend buying the package with dinner and breakfast included which cost me 5400. Dinner and breakfast spread is lavish and very enjoyable. Staff is courteous, polite and very cooperative. U can talk a walk around the campus as well after eating. Parking is available however currently valet parking is free. Check in was good too.

Typical 5 star Hotel with typical amenities and problems. It's handicapped friendly. Has a lot of open space for self parking too. Lot of conference rooms and halls for conventions. But make sure your hall is not outside the main building else you will always get cold food cos the food comes from central kitchen only. Get house keeping staff to clean rooms in front of u else they will not sanitise it properly.
