One of the worst experience in my life especially the owners wife who shouts and tires to loot money from the customers. If someone is reading this review then please don't stay here. The property manager tries to be over smart in asking for money without any reasons.

Never go to this property … worst staff i ever seen in my life. i had booked a room in this property through oyo app i made full payment online in the morning then i reached the property around 9 pm there was a person named vishwajeet at reception , he said i dont have any room available right now i said i just called you 30 mins back n said i have one room booked in your property so i will be there in 30 minutes and you had said ok now you are telling me there is no room available .how is this possible ? he said i just gave 3 rooms to some people and then he started misbehaving , he was not ready to answer anything he was saying just talk to oyo i dont care you already made the payment or not. Most arrogant person i ever met in my life . I repeat , never go to this property because while i was there for 15-20 minutes i heard lots of customers complaining about room services.

Terrible experience. Terrible services. They only would provide a room to stay. No wifi. Only one option in breakfast. No cooperation from the staff. To top it all, the receptionist has the most unprofessional behaviour. At least then don’t charge so high. People wouldn’t expect then any good from you.

I stayed on this day. Location was shady. Rooms were not ventilated.The receptionist ask for full rating in front of his eyes he should respect our decision. Also, food was not at all good. The price they take is not worth. Poor location.New Staff behavior not good It was good 2 years ago but now it has really decreased its interests. Wanted to book for marriage but location is not good too shady at night. Not suitable for couples & families.They don't allow family get togethers not at all cooperative staff Not worth the price too scary and shady.They focus on couples only. Not at all interested in having families in. I booked rooms for marriage. No get together allowed no relative can come to the room to meet. The owner should focus in these things too as staff is not worth talking to. We pay a lot for this? Disgusting.

God oh God, this was one of the worst experience. I reached this hotel at around 9:00 PM. I told them that i will get food from outside but receptionist refused and told that outside food is not allowed. So when i ordered from the hotel he told me that chef is not available and order from outside. When i went to washroom there was no water. The room keys they provided was not working in our room. Room's TV was not recharged. The morning breakfast only had parathas and that also only two pieces per head. In hotel restaurant's rate was sky high. So basically nothing was working in the hotel the service was also very bad. It was worst hotel experience.

One the worst Hotel I have Ever seen. No worth for Money. No cleaning, No facilities like Laundry and at least they can't provide towel and Water bottle also. Good order will come after 1 or 2 hours after ordering. 2 times they forgot to bring the food also. AC water leakage. My suggestion better to Stay on cheapest hotel than this. Zero coordination.

This is my alternate email id but pls take this review very seriously. This hotel is cheating people at another level, they will going to charge you more than the shown price on app by saying that they don’t have room available and once you checked in they will show there true colours. Their AC will not work and they won’t do anything about it saying that technician is not available, will ask you to leave early saying that there is some emergency at hotel. All these things happened to me being a girl I can’t disclose the details but if you want more details reply to my comment I’ll share the details of booking and payment as well.

Rooms are not up to the mark. AC is leaking due to which the whole floor is wet . There was no towel in washroom or any type of soap etc. It was just a simple and normal room without any cleanliness or facility. If we compare the price with the facilities it is 5 is to 1 ratio. If i talk about the food that is you can say it's good in taste and prices are reasonable no doubt . They need to upgrade their basic facilities like towels , soaps and coffee pouches should be in room.

Don't ever visit this place if you want some good time

No room service, TV was not recharged, bathroom drain was blocked. The hotel is reeling under severe staff crunch offlate and due to this the services are poor. I would not visit again or recommend anyone for stay. Room size is good with basic amenities. You will have to request for cleaning every single day and also there is scarcity of towels. So plan your stay accordingly.

Worstest Delhi Hotel Experience till time and my visit was just 2 days back. I had to choose this only because all other regular hotels were sold or over priced. Checked in at around 11 in the night. The room was stinky. The washroom was not cleaned & the closet was not even flushed properly. The geyser was not working. After arguments they changed to another room. The cleanliness was pathetic again. But since at 12 pm I didn't had any other choice. Breakfast was included in the package. They told the same will be served in room. Called two times but nothing was served too. Never ever take this place even if you are getting it for 1000 rupees also. No hygiene at all.

We did a paid booking with Agoda and called the hotel twice to confirm that we were arriving at the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, the hotel manager said that the entire hotel was booked and they cannot provide hotel even when we had done advance full payment. We reached the hotel at night but the manager did not want to discuss our confirmed booking further and and kept saying he cannot help at all and we should not do any online booking at their hotel in future.

Hotel star is a good stay, rooms are very spacious price is little steep but services are good accordingly.

Best place to hangout with friends in dwarka, no nearby public there, hotel was clean and rooms were affordable.

Hotel staff too arrogant and not at all clean flies and mosquitoes every where around room corner. Hospitality is not at good. Hotel owner need to improve their staff attitude it is very much needed to respect their customers and clealiness should be improve because no one likes bad attitude staff and unhygenic place .

A nice small budget hotel located on the main road with good amenities. The meals served are wholesome and tasty. Clean and tidy rooms with adequate size.

It's price for services on the higher side. They charge even for water. One omlette cost me rs 180 as we Couple went there with daughter. TV Subscription seems expired. Bathroom glass and shower was broken. No bar to hook towel. Even one of towel was torn. Toilet paper was missing. Service boys were good room was clean and decorated. Manager looks hardly care about complaints. Proper Silence no disturbances.

The manager is very humble and cooperative, rooms are decent. Though I was staying alone but I saw the hotel was very much couple friendly. Food department needs a lot of improvement but when couples are running the show then why to focus on food, isn't it..

Worst experience ever had on booking and checking in a hotel. When i asked them on call for availability of rooms they said available but told me double charges. I told them as i checked on online portals rate is not this. The person said if we book from online portals they won't let us book or check in. Upon trusting Booking . com i booked a pre paid room on this hotel but during checkin the hotel staff denied us by saying we don't have rooms available if you want to check in then pay cash only that too in very rude voice. Asked me to pay in cash only as he clearly denied any other mode of payment. For room service the boy on reception Mr. Anand kept delaying and didn't provided the toilet paper in room or water for drinking. ****overall experience**** # Paid extra amount #Ended up with 0 services

Bad experience and not suggestible for stay. Very poor hygiene. No floor mats, Torn and dirty towels are provided. Super late and bad service. Nothing works properly. Very dirty blankets and bed spreads. If anything is asked staff will tell sure will get in done and it's never gonna happen and staff is very arrogant.

Location at Golf Course Road Dwarka Sector 17. Quiet Place. Rooms are decent. Washroom is small. Food is okay. Overall, good place if you want hotel in budgeted price.
