Manoj Kaushik and Rakesh Varun of Godrej interio runs fraud business It is my humble request to all of you that don’t purchase Godrej products otherwise you will feel regret about your decision it’s my personal experience.

Manoj kaushik and Rakesh Varun of Godrej Interio with Akshay Enterprise (their service providers) run a fraud business with customer. My experience-I purchased furniture from their shop and they scheduled installation visit on night and they hurriedly install items so that I can not check items properly. On checking products in daylight on next day and finding defect in their product I raised complaint with Godrej on same day and after their inspection they say that due to your use it got damage and not covered in our warranty. On showroom they claim that it is very durable product and they unable to provide answer to my question that how such durable product got damage in one night? BE AWARE THEIR CUNNING AND FAKE MARKETING SKILLS AND AVOID USING GODREJ PRODUTS AS THEY ARE TOTALLY FRAUD.

My experience at this particular store has been really pleasant. The staff is actually knowledgeable and can guide one in choosing the perfect fit for their needs. A variety of products are at display here unlike many other stores where we do not get to actually see the end product and a parking available in a place like Hazratganj is a plus anyday. I have purchased almirah fro show room. But defected items rec'd. After expiry of 11 days, item not replaced till dt. No of complaint raised for early solution, but not resolved. Pl do the needful. Thanks

The store manager miss kanika was very co operative and service oriented. She took a lot of intrest in every aspect and went at lengths to solve every query and curisioty. It was a geniuenly nice experience interacting with her.

Nice place good staff, ample option in display as well as catalogue, ambience is shoppable. Service is better than other brands, affordable furniture starting from 7-8K also they are the only store having parking for there customers.

The store location is at the best place of Lucknow. I have visited the store its very spacious. Every section of the store is very well organised. It was a very good experience, all the staff member was very polite, gentle and co-operative specially Md Asad has great knowledge of the available product he has answer all my queries as like product material and how long it will it take to prepare if the selected product is ordered based on our provided measurement. The entire time I spent was very pleasant.

Never purchase orthoplus mattress of godrej interio. They give warranty only on paper and give no solution to your problem. Also they find many false ways to close customer's request. Don't fall in trap of big brand name.

It was an awesome experience. Utmost thing is that Godrej Personals are taking every important Covid precautions which includes wearing mask, social distancing among Employees and Customers. Continuous use of sanitizer after touching down any product carefully. Glad for you.
