Had a great Sunday lunch here today in this Andalucian village. Good quality food at reasonable prices, great wine and fantastic service. Definately worth a visit to Cafe Polear, if you are in the area.

Excellent surprise. No menu but the food was great and in good quantity. I had some “mi-cuit” tuna, it was excellent and I have two steaks which was plenty! Keep an eye out for the desserts 🤩 as they were also a nice surprise!

We discovered this place during a short trip to Alcala del Valle , it was a wonderful experience from the moment we sat down. Juan made us feel comfortable , explaining the roots of the different recipes and suggesting the best match with local wines. The cuisine is authentic, including the regional ingredients of 'la Sierra de Cadiz' , enriched with a personal touch but without losing its cultural identity. Don't forget to try the local asaparagus and artichokes ! Strongly recommended if you are planning to stop in the area.

Fabulous dining experience - great food and family-friendly service! Vegan & Vegetarian dishes whipped up with Andalucian local grown ingredients. And the the musical instruments added an extra flavor to the ambience. Well done.

Simply divine. We have been there on the recommendation of our host. Exquisite dishes. Really nice staff. At first they asked us what we wanted to drink and then they explained the menu of the day. While we waited, they brought us a small appetizer of cherry tomatoes with an alice on top and some pickles. Then we ordered 3 glasses of wine, water, 2 starters and 2 first courses. All very good. Really value for money. We hope to come back.

Great place in a quiet village not far from Ronda. Excellent food for a nice price. Very friendly staff! Absolutely worth a visit when traveling through Andalusia

No menu, great food, could be a great restaurant, but these days people need to know prices, and what it has to offer, they look after foreigners more than their locals, and I think if they looked after both and had some sort of menu, and a little more organized. They could be great.

What an amazing experience. The pairing of wines and food was world class. This truly is a restaurant that everyone spending time in the region should make a priority to visit.
