Starting with entry, the front desk staff was amazing. Welcoming, warm, enthusiastic to help.. The space is very well done. Laid out functionally. Modern. Great decor options. My facial as a service was good. On par with other standard facials I've had in the past. The woman who performed my service was nice, conversational. My only complaint here would be education during service. I'd like to understand what's happening at each stage, what's being used and way. Maybe have some recommendations on needs or products for my skin type and issues.

There are many massage places much closer to me, but hand & stone is just the best and worth the drive. Never had a bad experience here. The front desk is friendly and helpful, and the evening and weekend hours work so great for people with busy schedules.

My husband and I celebrated Christmas with our first ever couples massage. This was also his first professional massage, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Everyone we spoke with was kind and welcoming. Our massage therapists (Eli and Shala) were incredible! They took great care of us, focusing on our problem areas or overall goal of the massage. My brain practically never shuts down and gives me rest, but this is the closest I've come to a silent brain experience. :) If you get the chance, be sure to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I received a message here for the first time. It most definitely helped with aching neck and back. It wasn't the best I've received but it was good. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. They provide a number of different services. I would recommend this business for message.

Shala was extremely skilled in relieving muscle pain and tension knots: as well as being so kind and friendly. Kacy also so friendly and the 2st time facial was 100% the best . I will highly recommend both of these ladies .

DO NOT USE!!!! Horrible customer service!!! We booked a couples massage from here and when you book they tell you that you will be charged still if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. They then called and cancelled my appointment 1 hour before and then didn't offer ANYTHING in return!!!! We had already left and started driving there as we were 2 hours away that morning!

I have been getting massages from Hand and stone for a couple years now. I've had issues here and there with massages being shortened (about 40 min) because of they run behind sometimes. I have also shown up for my appointment I had scheduled with a massage therapist and was put with someone different because the other therapist was fired or quit. I wasn't told ahead of time or asked who I wanted to be put with so a couple times the massages were not very good. The last time I went was my biggest issue. I checked in and the woman at the front desk told me about some notes in the system about a deep tissue massage. I told her I didn't want deep tissue. I'm on a fixed budget and can't afford to deflect from that. The manager was standing right there and I also told her I didn't want deep tissue. When I went to pay for my massage I was told I'd be charged extra for a deep tissue because the masseuse said she did deep tissue which wasn't the case. I've had deep tissue before and I'd say she did a firm pressure but definitely not deep tissue. They charged me an extra $30 because of that. I've paid for deep tissue before in it was an extra $10 so I was pretty surprised when they said they would be charging me $30. The skincare products they carry are a hit and miss. I bought skin care set from them. The brand was Clarity and it was garbage. I am upset because I specifically let them know I didn't want deep tissue and now I am out $30 because they decided they would do as they pleased. After my gift cards are gone I will be going back to massage envy. I have never once had a problem with anything there.
