I
have
been
getting
massages
from
Hand
and
stone
for
a
couple
years
now.
I've
had
issues
here
and
there
with
massages
being
shortened
(about
40
min)
because
of
they
run
behind
sometimes.
I
have
also
shown
up
for
my
appointment
I
had
scheduled
with
a
massage
therapist
and
was
put
with
someone
different
because
the
other
therapist
was
fired
or
quit.
I
wasn't
told
ahead
of
time
or
asked
who
I
wanted
to
be
put
with
so
a
couple
times
the
massages
were
not
very
good.
The
last
time
I
went
was
my
biggest
issue.
I
checked
in
and
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
told
me
about
some
notes
in
the
system
about
a
deep
tissue
massage.
I
told
her
I
didn't
want
deep
tissue.
I'm
on
a
fixed
budget
and
can't
afford
to
deflect
from
that.
The
manager
was
standing
right
there
and
I
also
told
her
I
didn't
want
deep
tissue.
When
I
went
to
pay
for
my
massage
I
was
told
I'd
be
charged
extra
for
a
deep
tissue
because
the
masseuse
said
she
did
deep
tissue
which
wasn't
the
case.
I've
had
deep
tissue
before
and
I'd
say
she
did
a
firm
pressure
but
definitely
not
deep
tissue.
They
charged
me
an
extra
$30
because
of
that.
I've
paid
for
deep
tissue
before
in
it
was
an
extra
$10
so
I
was
pretty
surprised
when
they
said
they
would
be
charging
me
$30.
The
skincare
products
they
carry
are
a
hit
and
miss.
I
bought
skin
care
set
from
them.
The
brand
was
Clarity
and
it
was
garbage.
I
am
upset
because
I
specifically
let
them
know
I
didn't
want
deep
tissue
and
now
I
am
out
$30
because
they
decided
they
would
do
as
they
pleased.
After
my
gift
cards
are
gone
I
will
be
going
back
to
massage
envy.
I
have
never
once
had
a
problem
with
anything
there.
