After 4 requests, over 3+ weeks, asking which massage therapists are vaccinated, finally got a text message from unknown person saying they could not tell me because of confidentiality. Asking and being told who has the vaccination by this business does not violate HIPAA. After 11+years of doing business, you would think they would treat clients with better customer service.

I am not to happy. I tried the east location and loved it. So i booked my parents for their anniversary. My mom had a great expreince that when she described was what i had experienced. But my father was left on his stomach most of the time and hes a big guy so it was uncomfortable. Where our experience most of it was on our backs and then on the stomach towards the end. My mom also made it clear that he needed to have his arms and wrist rubbed due to chronic pain and the lady didnt even touch them! So my poor father did not get the relaxation i hoped for. Very disappointed.

I go to Christopher regularly. He has magic fingers that can find the spots that need worked out including the spots you didn't know were there. I always feel so much better and so relaxed when I am done. All the staff is friendly and caring.

Presley gets a 5 for her amazing work. However the receptionist never scheduled my next massage even though I wrote down my appointment and information. When I called to confirm my appointment the woman who answered was very rude and said obviously I didn’t schedule an appointment. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me the manager is pregnant and out on bed rest. She sore nothing to help me or the situation.

I love massage envy very professional I've been going for 10 years now once a month now I'm getting a 90 minute massage whenever I go whenever I finish my massage I have to sit down in the front lobby for 5 or 10 minutes just so I can get 2 eyeballs going in the same direction I'm actually not safe to drive for a few minutes because I am so relaxed / My massage girl her name is echo and she is the best/the very best

Been dealing with a right leg sciatic nerve issue for the better part of the year, it came and went periodically throughout the day, but was always there reminding me of how miserable the pain can get. Then a buddy of mine who recently came back into town was asking me about how I was doing and I actually told him how I really was and that's when he recommended Chris at Massage Envy, he actually booked and paid for the appointment for me to experience this place. I went and it seemed almost too technical, they had an iPad questionnaire and it seems like I was taking my expensive car to get repaired, but after all that, we got down to the meat and potatoes of the massage, he asked me about what was bothering me and told him to focus on my right leg for the shooting pain I continuously had all day long. I seriously don't know what he did or how he did it, but ever since I left that place, my sciatic pain is no longer part of my life, and it reminded me how easy is to forget when everything is normal, how nice that is when there isn't any pain in your body. It's a beautiful thing. So, I am unsure if it was a coincidence or if was it something he did. I don't know, but I am certain that he was the one who made it go away. Or at least I will give it a try again if it ever comes back. It is nice to have a massage every week, but at least I know now that when pain comes, I have a secret weapon called Chris at Massage Envy.

My neck was so tight, I could barely turn my head but she took the time to work the knots out and helped the rest of my muscles to relax. Brandon was very good at finding all my tender spots and working through them. He took his time in my major pain areas and if I asked questions, he answered them with knowledge. And if I was quiet, he was quiet. And I appreciate that!!

if you’re looking for the perfect balance between relaxation and working knots out i couldn’t recommend Echo enough. the CBD add on is absolutely a must if you’re able to do so. the tension i had in my neck and traps is GONE. go see her and let yourself feel better!
