The service is very bad in this showroom manager and the workers are talking very rude. Please don't give a bike to this showroom. They don't have any experience and take more money in this showroom.

Sri Venkateswara motors located in yadgir is only for bike selling not for good service.. if any problem comes in your new bike means they don't know anything.. No one is experience mechanic like they don't know engine work.. i visited three times for my new bike service. Every time i had problems with engine regarding but they can't solve any major issue in engine. Whenever i take my bike to showroom the mechanic take a test drive for half kilometer and said there is no problem in this bike..! In this showroom there is no experienced mechanic. Very very bad experience.. don't purchase and don't bring your bikes for services to here...

Very poor maintenance of this venkatesh motors located in Yadgir on road of chittapur basically he is the dealer of hero motor all the staff are very irresponsible and rude type people and main thing is while purchasing bike he will not able to give helmet also. That helmet comes from company he will sell some other distributors for charging money ... Don't buy bike from there

I bought new bike here 3 months ago but I didn't get any documents like rc card nd bill copy so no one is not responce properly. After 45 Days when I asked RC documents to Manager Joshi, he is giving false commitments to me. He says your series number not come for print yet and cards stock also not available in RTO office what I can do? You can contact to RTO office or register the case. Not yet receive the RC from this worst dealers. Here one of the worst manager & his Name is "Joshi" and he don't no how to behave the Customer and they don't have sence also. Dealers are too delayed to give RC process. Worst service experience and negligence about service customers. Totally bad service experience.

Worst experience never had in life it's been 3 months bike has left in showroom owner says bike will ready tomorrow but manger, mechanic says bike will be ready within a day if you give money and i trusted hero employees transferred 10000 and these heros asking me more money if I ask for justice suggesting me to consumer court... Situation is gaadi mera nahi raha aur paisa mera nahi raha.. I suggest people who are trusting showroom like please trust begger than mechanics and mangers in showroom.. Really I regret
