Best place to hangout with friends.Staff is very polite & their pizza's are mouth watering 😋 .The pizzass served here are the best with proper crust and adequate amount of cheese.The ambience is quite spacious compared to the other outlets. Must Visit. Recommended.

Very rude staff and unprofessional people here. They dont care for you. Just enjoying the brand reputation. This is the third time we are facing issue. I hated this store very much. And there is no one in counter, facing a lot issue in online order. Only 2 staff is running this franchise so everything is very much slow over here. Fighting with customers and they dont care for any customer. Very unprofessional and third quality service this opening is delivering. I request everybody try to avoid this store as much as possible and review them 1 star over all social medias

We ordered a large Margarita pizza but there is very low amount of cheese in pizza. Almost only bread in that. I don't like the texture of pizza even we ordered a large pizza. ( Even it's weekdays ) When I complain about it to the person over there they changed immediately but the second pizza was in medium size and it's texture was same as the first one. Domino's quality has decreased over the time. From now on I'm not going to order from Dominos.

Overall good service may be you find this place little bit dirty or not cleaned well but rather than that pizza quality is good and service is also great.

Domino's Pizza is locate in Avadh Viceroy. It has a good dine-in area with pleasant ambience and self service. I most of the time order pizza for a pickup from here. Fast service, responsive and kind staff. What to tell you about the taste of Domino's pizza! always same and awesome.

Inside no any staff for sarving food. No tissue paper on table. And food price they taking more but they give services nothing so better we choice another options thanks.

Worst Domino’s Franchise I visit ever in my whole life. Even when people finished their food and go and another person sit on table no staaf member came to clean the table. At least not came till 15 mins. !! We can call them to clean the table then they do. (Note:- we come at regular Wednesday) not weekends :(

Good service from the staff but the menu I think was must less as we require variety in pizza and all the things. Else the food was great 💯 marks for that.

I’m disappointed with the opening time of sarthana Dominos , here they mentions opening time 11am to 11pm but many time i have experienced that they get late to open it by 12am or maybe more later sometime.

Worst customer service, I am a visitor from overseas, my dominos app is not supporting here, so on my last visit I got sarthana location phone number, on my way to surat city my 7 years little daughter was hungry she was crying because of that, I called on the number the guy name Manoj picked up the phone and talked very extremely rude way, at the end he hangs the phone, when I reached at the location I was told that guy Manoj went for delivery, other person was helpful that's why they deserve only 1 star.

At around 3pm they had only one guy to take order, clean table, make pizzas and serve it. The piece of pizza in the picture is supposedly cheese burst with less than moderate cheese in it. The picture they use to describe are out of the world, dripping cheese from all the sides and what they serve at most domino's are pathetically poor on cheese quantity. We didn't have time to get a replacement so never complained. PS: add one star for we forgot to pay for the cold drink which we ordered later while having our meal and will be payed in our next visit to surat.

Very bad experience, There is no proper cooling and services at store. Too bad response from representative. No changes of rs in store nd give katchup in exchange of change.

Please don't go there. Worst staff I have ever met. 😡 We are ordered there before 5 o'clock and we get our pizza at 6:30 o'clock. Yes ,1:30 hour of waiting and no one even there to listen.Worst experience in my whole life.

Card payment not working , only 3 employees are there, and they are doing all the things like taking orders making pizza and all even cleaning table. Please do not visit this branch find other branches or other outlet
