Yes, the room I am staying in, could be said to be dated, but it is in great shape. I am in the second week of staying here and will stay here as long as I need to. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Employees are not only very friendly, but helpful. The new manager checks at least once a day to make sure I have everything I need. Very respondent to my needs. Great place to stay.

Not sure how to rate my stay bed was comfy slept good but didn't have any pillow cases that was strange. 🤔 But would say this place lacks management. Room was not very clean and worst of all they never informed me that the hot water heater was down I went to the front desk and asked the lady about the hot water not working and she was well aware it wasn't working but told me they'd try to get it going tonight yet but next mornin still no hot water. I honestly think I would have rated it a 5 if I had been able to shower up good with warm water and the room would have been slightly cleaner the room didn't feel very welcoming 2/1/2024 room 104

Came into town to see family and stayed here for almost a week. Enjoyed my stay here. Large clean rooms. And very friendly staff. Even had a nice breakfast the next morning. For the service and room you get here. Excellent choice for the price.

WARNING: management will NOT give refunds, even if you find bed bugs and roaches in your room after check in. The bed sheets were stained and disgusting. Employees at the front desk cussed and used very bad language in front of guests. The carpet was nasty and the rooms smelled like mildew and smoke. We did not feel safe staying here and had to get another room at a different hotel. Spend the extra money and stay at the nicer hotel in town. Front desk employee refused to give out the manager’s name and number.

Here is picture proof of the bugs found in one of the disgusting rooms. You cannot deny having bugs when there is proof. We were offered a new room, however if one room has bugs, they all do. We did not receive what we paid for or stay in the room. A refund would be appreciated. We will be calling the health department and the Better Business Bureau by the end of the week if no refund is granted.

Very clean and nice, spacious rooms! The new manager is very helpful and nice! You won’t be disappointed! Definitely recommend!

i stayed here last week for work and i found it to be clean and the new management was so very nice. i highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful stay

Absolute best. Thanks to Pam especially. Taking a cross country trip on my motorcycle, sorting out stops in the smaller cities and towns and stumbled on this gem.Was complaining to Pam the manager about not being able to find a printed road Atlas, she took it upon herself to call around to find one. Well, she found one at a local auto insurance writer. Found me a new old stock one from 2019. Just what I was looking for because I travel the old State and Federal highways. The rooms and the grounds were spotless, had a good heat and eat breakfast(Jimmy Dean). She said they used to cook their own but had to stop because of state laws. They're are motorcycle friendly. Fred her husband rides. The bowling alley across the road makes a fresh, huge burger. They also have a pretty good selection of other food. Thanks again to Pam and her family for a pleasant stay, your help and good conversation. Spotless, nice showers, reasonably priced. No corporate attitude here! It's been many a year since I've had as pleasant experience. It was nice enough to detour 100 miles on my return to stay there again.

Rooms are dirty and beds suck. Stayed there about 25 times when I am in town to work cattle. Stay there because of price and they didn’t charge for dogs. No apparently they don’t allow dogs even though the rooms aren’t very nice and they never clean them. I especially liked the sandwich I found behind the headboard last stay.
