As others have pointed out it's a really small box, but that also means it feels quite intimate with more attention from the trainers. Good workout concept that you can choose to book just the strength part or both strength and conditioning. Trainers are all very different so it's worth trying a few different ones to settle on the style you like. A week free trial is very generous.

Recently started training here. The coaches are always very friendly and attentive. The box is quite small though. There's a snack dispenser, changing room (for about 5 people max without lockers) and a shower. They have a Facebook group for members where excercises are presented before hand.

Nice box, good equipment and a coach experienced and willing.

Good training, good atmosphere, a bit expensive but not limited by the number of class. And you can try it for free during one week !

An absolutely fantastic box 💕✨ Small, family-like (i.e. everyone is very nice and welcoming to everyone), really nice group, awesome workouts that are adapted to all levels and SUCH AWESOME COACHES 🥇 (good coaching, good briefings, good feedback and careful with the technique so you don't get hurt) have nothing negative to say (Very clean with). 😃

Knowledgeable trainers, good atmosphere, friendly people and really good training. Tried it for a week together with my fiancee and already after the first sessions we decided to join for real. Highly recommended to anyone who wants good training with coaches who actually care about your progress and have the knowledge to actually get you there.
