A very beautiful & calm place. Very well located on our way to Gothenburg. Also a perfect beach with a jetty for a morning swim for the whole family. We rented a small apartment for our family of four. Lovely host, Johanna.

Coming all the way from Iceland on two motorcycles, we were met by a lovely lady named Johanna (Johanne?) at the reception and she gave our stay that little extra spark with her kindness and helpness. We had a small cabin number 3 for two nights and got to ride our mc's up to the cabin to offload/onload them, which was nice since we carry everything for a months worth of riding - very heavy packing! The cabin has a fireplace which made our stay even better since we had sore legs and limbs, so it (for us) felt like a spa day heating up our sore bodies 🤣 The restaurant was good, we had the schnitzel, so we went full stomaches to bed (been living off canned food for days!). I can not recommend this place enough. Plus, it was just nice and cozy and no loudness of any sorts.

We had a nice stop at Skotteksgården, which lasted two days. The owner was very kind and the site was lovely too! You can directly look at the lake, rent a boat and go around or take a walk to the next town. Also, the facilities were very clean and with community rooms there were possibilities to stay during the bad weather. All in all, very recommendable :)

This is a great site in a lovely location by a beautiful lake not far from the nice town of Ulricehamn. If like us and you like things quiet this is perfect. The facilities are adequate if a little dated but kept spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you need. This has been a great find for us and should we ever be in the area again we will make a beeline for here.

My family and I came to visit family in Ulricehamn and stayed at Skottek’s Paradiset cottage. It was the perfect place to stay with rooms for all of us and 2 bathrooms. Loved the indoor and outdoor space available to be together. Amazing view of the lake and sunset. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Would stay again! Thank you!

Picturesquely situated, small campsite near a lake, within walking distance to Ulricehamn and all the shops and amenities. Very clean and well-kept. Recommended for anyone looking for a bit of peace and tranquillity. Will definitely try to return.

Great place, friendly staff, near the water and more than enough ways to approach the water. Campsite is spacious and there is even free WiFi. A playground for children and some table tennis tables. You can rent a sauna which is very well maintained too. There is a multitude of bathrooms and nice showers. Though I didn't stay in them, the barrel shaped cottages looked very cozy. Recommended for families and couples, but call ahead because there is a limited amount of spaces.

Stayed with our caravan for three nights. Clean, quiet and perfect surroundings. All what you can expect of a camping, the city is also close and with a bike it’s just 10 minutes (you can rent a bike), nice beach. Typical warm (cold) water in the lake. Excellent running tracks 3 km away (Lassalyckan).
