Master
Burger
had
a
central
location,
just
a
few
meters
from
the
public
transport
hub
Korsvägen,
Liseberg
and
Universeum.
The
place
had
an
inviting
outdoor
seating
area
as
well
as
pleasant
interior
premises
in
a
modern
"diner
style"
with
graffiti
on
the
walls.
We
received
no
greeting
or
sign
to
be
seen
by
the
staff
upon
arrival.
As
the
autumn
weather
showed
its
best
side,
we
chose
to
sit
down
at
one
of
the
pleasant
tables
in
the
outdoor
dining
area.
After
waiting
for
approx.
After
10
minutes
of
getting
attention
from
some
of
the
staff,
I
chose
to
go
into
the
room
to
find
a
menu.
On
the
way
out,
I
was
met
by
an
employee
who
explained
that
all
orders
had
to
be
made
at
the
bar
counter
inside
the
premises.
This
was
perfectly
fine,
even
if
serving
at
the
tables
would
have
helped
to
lift
the
overall
experience.
The
menu
consisted
of
eight
different
burgers
which
also
included
a
chicken
burger,
halloumi
burger
and
a
children's
burger.
In
addition
to
the
burgers,
there
was
a
selection
of
side
dishes
such
as
fries,
onion
rings
and
various
dipping
sauces.
The
place
also
had
a
lunch
menu
with
advantageous
prices
on
menus
that
included
a
burger,
fries
and
coffee.
We
chose
to
order
a
"Backyard
burger"
and
a
"Kids
Burger"
respectively,
as
well
as
fries
and
truffle
mayonnaise
dip.
The
order
was
quickly
taken
by
the
employee
standing
at
the
bar
counter,
but
I
missed
a
little
more
interest
and
commitment.
The
food
was
served
at
the
table
after
approx.
15
minute
waiting
time,
which
was
experienced
as
good
in
relation
to
the
type
of
place.
The
"Backyard
burger"
had
a
decent
presentation,
but
did
not
particularly
stand
out
compared
to
similar
places.
This
also
applied
to
the
children's
burger.
The
"Backyard
burger"
consisted
of
a
piece
of
meat
made
from
ground
beef,
truffle
mayonnaise,
two
slices
of
Pepper
Jack
cheese,
fried
mushrooms
and
fried
onions.
The
meat
tasted
excellent,
was
cooked
medium
and
had
good
chewing
resistance.
The
cheese
and
truffle
mayonnaise
helped
to
lift
the
experience,
but
unfortunately
the
onion
was
a
little
too
much
fried,
which
gave
a
slightly
burnt
aftertaste.
The
accompanying
fries
tasted
okay,
but
did
not
stand
out.
The
children's
burger
consisted
of
a
piece
of
meat
made
from
ground
beef,
as
well
as
cheddar
cheese,
ketchup
and
mustard.
The
burger
tasted
excellent
and
seemed
to
be
made
with
fresh
and
fresh
ingredients.
The
dish
was
also
served
with
the
same
fries
as
the
Backyard
burger.
The
staff
were
generally
not
very
present
and
we
received
no
follow-up
during
the
meal
or
any
greetings
when
we
left
the
restaurant.
The
food
that
was
served
was
good,
but
not
exceptional,
and
service
and
commitment
are
important
so
that
the
guests
will
return.
