A great variety of stuff for gardening, indoor and outdoor decorations, bathrooms, shelves, ... But sort of poor customer service system... We were looking around the store to find an answer to our very simple question, for about an hour and no one helped us... In the end and after asking for the manager, someone showed up and answered us... So I think two stars are good enough...

I met there a young man called Ibrahim who was an excellent help! He didn't haestate to go out of his way to help me! Way above average in customer service, I am really impressed with the variety of the store and the wonderful help from young and promising Ibrahim!

I got a great help from Tomas in Bauhaus Bäckebol store. One day, I was looking for some components for my bathroom and was really lost. Tomas walked to me and he introduced different models and the mounting service to me - which were exactly the things I needed! The best thing is his fluent English and the his passion. I appreciate his proactive help and I think he deserves a salary raise! ---------- Johan's English and his knowledge impressed me! I needed to order some components and the mounting service. It's Johan who helped me a lot in all this process. He is familiar with the ordering system and he is patient and very nice. He gave me an excellent shopping experience in Bauhaus Bäckebol store.
