Our car was damaged and robbed here in the light of day. All of our backpacks and suitcases with valuable contents, were stolen from the backseat. No security or police was available for help. As a foreigner / tourist I would highly recommend to avoid this place.

The centre is located between Gothenburg and Kungälv on the bank of the Göta river. There are frequent bus routes, but judged from the size of the parklot this is a place for big shopping by car. Doesn’t get much better than bäckebol, you can pretty much find anything from gardening to restaurants in the area. Also easy to get to, never had issues finding parking even if it looks packed. The mall itself and stores seem modern and fresh.

I also miss parking spots for families with kids. Getting kids out of the car can sometimes be tricky since the parking spots are not wide enough when the lot gets crowded. The assigned smoking area is too close to the entrance in my opinion, and also it's located between the mall and the parking lot, and the smoke often spreads around the entire entrance area.
