Today’s shoppers are looking for more than just what’s just available on a website. They want an experience. NK Malls have always been a destination, but the concept of a ‘mallrat’ no longer exists. The days of meeting friends at the mall and shopping all day are gone. Malls are still considered a destination, but it’s because they now offer amenities, experiences and entertainment to enhance the shopping experience. They are now not only anchored by department stores but with popular restaurants, bars, salons, cinemas, and fitness centers. NK is just one of those shopping malls you can find in Sweden!

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I would be fired if I treated my clients the way they treat their customers 😂 Imagine wanting to purchase a 13,000kr Céline shirt standing around like an idiot waiting for help, while the staff look you up and down and refuse to do the bare minimum and say hi to you! Refuse to spend my money here and would rather purchase from the brands directly, where you actually get a smile and a ’hi.’ NK Stockholm is top tier compared to this garbage place

Exclusive shopping under one roof! I like the feeling of many small shops instead of the department store layout

Grandeur shopping mall near Central Station to spend time for gorgeous window shopping. Strictly not suitable for all set of buyers such as time valuable consumers. Lavish stores especially the antique store 🤑, but few shops inside this mall still having nice options to purchase certain belongings with affordable cost such as costumes, pantries and very basic amenities. It is located 50 meters near to Mr. Elon Musk's grand shelter of green energy automative AI plaything store. 😁 Only certain stores in this street were seems pretty shiny and sumptuous for consumers similar to Orchard road in Singapore.🤴👸

Upscale clothing, bags and house wares all under one roof. Great furniture, lighting and outdoor items. Staff are very courteous, helpful and patient while you choose what's right for you. They offer amazing gift 🎁 wrapping for any purchase. If you're visiting Göteberg or just looking for a great place to shop... Look no further!

Shopping mall for brands. This place is sooo pretty and luxurious that it almost doesn't feel like you are in Sweden because it is not as traditional or simple. Overpriced brands and products and the prices are out of this world. There is no logic in the prices as I've seen a normal stainless steel bowl for $100. But the place overall is nice to just walk around and feel a bit luxurious.

One of the few places in Gothenburg where you can find different luxury brands for clothes and accessories. the place has been under renovation and now has a restaurant. The service is above average, you can have really good help when searching for the products you need.

Very good shopping center with so many brands, located in the heart of the city. The center design is not simple as you used to see in traditional Swedish centers. It offers an attractive shopping experience. It includes fashion, accessories, perfumes, decorations, travels, and other. The nearest parking garage (P-hus City) is 3 minutes walking.

Luxury goods, but not so luxurious service. It’s fun to shop around, but many staff members are not so lovely (mostly in the beauty department). The Stockholm location is more shopper-oriented.

High-profile, high-priced department store with exclusive brands, service-minded staff in the very centre of Gothenburg. Usually out of my price range, but they have a sale twice a year where bargains can be made. Update: still one of the best places to go for luxury items.
