    The worst healthcare system I have taken sorry I couldn’t take care at all! Since it is impossible to get appointment unless you are dying!

The nurse said that they do not accept patients with respiratory infections but that the doctors in the app Närhälsan online can definitely help me. Explained clearly that I need a 2nd certificate and that I received an answer before it requires a physical doctor visit. She said again that a doctor will help me during a video conference. Had the meeting tonight and the doctor says that the nurse made a mistake and that he is unfortunately not allowed to write a certificate. I have to try and call again tomorrow and hope that I can get help, otherwise I will be without income. I'm so disappointed with the incompetence at this health center, this is not the first time they have failed to help me. Addition. Called again this morning, ie the day after I did not get any help. All of a sudden, you could certainly make an appointment for sick leave. Got a time 11:15. Goes there and almost dies on the way because I feel so bad (possibly a little exaggeration). Once there, they apologize and say that the nurse said the wrong day to me and that I will go there tomorrow. Rolled home down the hill again and had my second near-death experience for the day. Helt plötsligt kunde man visst få boka en tid för sjukskrivning. Fick en tid 11:15. Går dit och dör nästan på vägen för jag mår så dåligt (eventuellt en liten överdrift). Väl där beklagar dom och säger att sköterskan sagt fel dag till mig och att jag ska dit i morgon. Rullade hem nerför backen igen och hade mina andra näradöden-upplevelse för dagen.     Had to explain, argue, explain again, argue few more times to get an appointment. First the nurse says no appointments in near future. I said we are not in a rush and she could not tell me what is the earliest available time. After I explained how disappointing the health service is for the tax we pay etc... voila, she gave me an appointment for next week!

    "Our phone queue is filled for today - please call the next week day". One hour before they close? I find this really odd. The 1177 feature where you can request them to call you back is disabled.

    Was misdiagnosed by a so called doctor .Went in with knee problems and was told to let it rest for 30 days as these theings havea way of recovering on their own only to go back after 3 days and demand I as sent to an MRI. once that was done I was found to have medial meniscus rupture, pronounced medial osteoarthritis and mild lateral osteoarthritis, anterior cruciate ligament rupture, suspected degenerative rupture of the lateral meniscus and fluid in the joint and baker's cyst. The doctor would not call me back, classic swedish fear of conflict, she replied on the 1177 page. And was referring to the wrong knee of course.

    They never have time for you and the phone queue is always filled up. Was supposed to get a doctors appointment on direction from my therapist to get some medication and was just told there are no appointments ever. Same with COVID testing. Once I got through and the woman doctor I met was very nice. But they need to fix their queue system/front desk or something.

När jag delar med min åsikt att detta är inte ok att min 1 åriga son har hela tiden besökt jour mottagning aldrig sin vårdcentral. Säger sköterskan iskallt, finns inget jag kan göra åt de organisationens problem. Ska man inte stå bakom sitt företag och visa medkänsla till en orolig mamma ?! Rekommenderar inte denna vårdcentral vi ska byta direkt !!!

    I would have left 0 stars if possible. When you book an appointment, it is always canceled and rebooked due to illness. When you go to the snug time, the doctor is still not there due to illness (which you won't find out if you don't go up and ask why you're still waiting). The doctors seem very ignorant and ask the patient what to do about one's ailment?

    Visited them for the first time today. Got a nice reception and it was an okay waiting room. Didn't have to wait that long at all and the doctor was thorough. Totally okay experience so far! :)

    Absolutely WORTHLESS!! I got hit with a motorcycle helmet and the doctor didn't even bother to check my head even though I had that bang and then fell and hit my head on the ground and blacked out. Spit and had bruises. I said my head hurts so much, felt the water in my skull when I went to the health center. The answer I got I think for sure!! Should a doctor answer his patient like that? Now I have time for an x-ray of the head because the doctor at the Landala Square health center wanted to be safe before the now uncertain. Thankful there are good doctors left.

    About two weeks ago, I had an appointment with Vincent Buchholz regarding examination of the abdomen, which can be quite sensitive. Because I had previously experienced terrible treatment from bad and mean doctors both at the youth clinic and the VC, I was very nervous and already on the defensive. Vincent Buchholz was very professional and kind, he actually listened to what I said and heard me, he was committed and showed that he cares about his patients, gave me the right treatment that helped me a lot. He made a difference to me, changed my perspective and made me feel safe, something EVERYONE who CHOOSES to work in healthcare MUST do. Vincent Buchholz deserves the best.

    Long waiting time, then canceled visit when the doctor was sick, never got a new appointment. Referred on another occasion by ssk "T" to the emergency room on Lergöksgatan to get a sick certificate issued as they are understaffed and there is no point in coming (she forgot to mention the small detail that the emergency room never issues a sick certificate) which made me change care centers.
