Update: Haha. They always claim misunderstanding, and I never asked him to teach in English. I was trying to ask what we were doing på Svenska because I didn't understand. He didn't let me get out the words. And, I was 3 minutes later from the time stated in the text. Now you and your instructor are lying. And I left directly after your instructor told me to swallow it in an aggressive tone. I won't put up with verbal abuse. I just wanted to know what was happening in either language. I'm a bit slow in Swedish. I always ask beforehand if language is an issue because I realize the national language is Swedish, and I even tried to ask in Swedish what we were doing during a provträning. Sadly, I only managed to get out, "Ursäkta mig. Min svenska är dålig." before the Thai Kickboxing instructor got in my face and said aggressively in English, "So, my English stinks. I never teach in English. So, SWALLOW it.". That was the entirety of the conversation because he interrupted me. I have mild autism, and this is the first time any instructor blatantly refused to communicate with me in either language. This is also probably the rudest encounter I've had since I first came here in 2010. Their is no excuse for this one man's hostility. Am very disappointed as this was the only gym that had afternoon classes.

This One of the best fighting gym i have been to. i really love the trailers they are nice and they help with anything you need. The gym has good equipment unlike other gyms.

I’ve been a member of different gyms in the past, but had never been really going to one.. here I have been a member since February 2018 and been to the gym at least 4 times a week training crossfit. I love the atmosphere, love the very flexible weekly schedule and love the experienced instructors, especially Limpan who is not only experienced but also full of love and happiness! Would definitely recommend people to join!

My son has been attending the Fit4fight club for the past few months, and he loves it! He is nine years old and is already learning the basics of BJJ. He is learning discipline, respect, and the importance of physical fitness. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. The other students are friendly and helpful. The facilities are spacious and very clean!

I have trained boxing and kickboxing in Fit4fightgym for over half a year now. Also one and half year with my best coach and team❤️Unfortunately I’m moving to another city due to study T^T, but really recommend this gym!!! 🥊 I’ll definitely come and say hi when I come back😊

I am an experienced martial artist who moved to Sweden in 2022. I joined Fit4fight for a trial period without any intentions of continuing, but after taking my first BJJ class, I immediately became a permanent member. Since 8 months ago, I have been attending classes in cardio, MMA, MuayThai, boxing, and grappling. This school has a lot of good and competitive instructors. There are a variety of choices in each discipline for attending classes. In addition to classes during the weekdays, there are also classes over the weekend. This is ideal for people who are busy during the working week. Classes focused on fitness and cardio are available separately. I am very happy with Fit4Fight, and having been to multiple gyms around the world, I can conclude that it is a very affordable gym with premium level services for both professional athletes and people seeking fitness.

Very nice place! Experienced and welcoming instructors. Nice family training classes for the smallest and even help with "baby" sitting so parents can workout in peace. A place for everyone!

I really like how the coaches care about the students and really want them to improve. I personally do boxing, muay thai, bjj and wrestling. A great gym indeed but the schedule could have been better.
