What amazes me with Maison Caillard is the continuous high quality of bread & pastries. I have never been disappointed any single time I have visited them and there are not many places that can keep the same excellent service. Thank you for the contribution to the neighborhood and the city!

We travelled far to try this place but most pastries like croissant was already sold out by 1pm. Tried some macarons and sweets and they were great!

Fresh and delicious. I found it the best bakery in Gothenburg. The people are very friendly and kind. The dining space is small with some tables. Not easy to have a table! There are some free spots so you can park just at the entrance of the place. I tried most of the patisseries, and all are fantastic. Highly recommended!

As a pastry addict I have been craving for a decent pastry shop and I was SO glad that my colleagues suggested this place who has THE best pastries in town, you can clearly see the beautiful layers on the croissant and its variations (which tells you it is professionally made). Great service and not to mention a good selection of authentic French pastries, bread and patisseries. The price is well worth for the quality you get here!

Cozy coffee shop with good coffee and lovely french pastries as you can see on the pictures. Of vourse you can also find èclaires and macarons too. They use French flower so it's a taste you can't find just anywhere. I'll have to come back to try their bicolor croissants and bread. It's easy to get there with tram 2 or 4 direction Mölndal. By buss, the closest stop is Lana.

They have amazing croissants! The filled ones are the best. Attention is cozy and makes you feel at home or at your next door bakery. Fresh pastries and bread. Loved it

Chocolate pastry was ok but croissant was dry and bland with a weird chemical taste to the vanilla cream. Assortment was small and café was hot due to no AC available. There are lots of places in Gothenburg with better French bread and pastries, cannot recommend.

Has come here today, 2 adults and 2 kids, ordered 4 croissants and 4 hot chocolates. A girl behind the desk was not happy to hear that and just said "We r closing in 20 min" in a way that we got a feeling that we r not very welcome now, because the staff is very stressed and busy preparing the place to close. In that case I would strongly recommend you, guys, to change info about opening hours 10:00 till 14:30 instead of 15:00 as it says now so that your customers will not be mislead.
