Bought a Premium Ultimate Down Parka Jacket 2 seasons ago for 4000sek and it's a complete piece of junk. One season in and the zipper started to bind up and this season I've worn it twice and it's now completely unusable. It's a shame warranties run out so quickly. I'll never shop Superdry again.

Don't have an oppinion on the physical store but for the online store you have to pay for the return freight cost and they don't telling from where it shipped as you need to return to the same, in my case to Belgium from Sweden that costed me 18€, 1/4 of the initial order cost. Very bad handling, as you have no option and can't return to physical store. Will never shop here again!

Very stylish and well designed clothes, but very expensive. The atmosphere was very nice and there was always someone nearby if I needed to ask about anything.

The salespeople were nice enough by disinterested and clueless. I was ready to buy a specific item I had seen online. I was passing through Gothenburg and wanted to try it on and purchase it at the store. When they couldn’t find it in store after barely looking, the lady said it was probably last season's. When I showed the sales lady that it was on the current Superdry site, she shrugged and said the store didn't always carry all items. But I was welcomed to purchase it online. If I had wanted to purchase it online, I would have done so. I wanted to purchase it in store. I looked a bit more, but didn't find it. I ended up purchasing a similar item from another retailer. It was only a 2000 kr purchase so I guess it was not a big loss for Superdry.

Good store with a wide offer. The clothes themselves have great fits and cuts that really surprised me.
