I had very good experience at ather show room, thier workers and employees, especially( Deepa madam )are very nice and responsible , that's why I selected the best ev for me !

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life... They will take BOOKING AMOUNT AND DOWN PAYMENT ALSO but after that they told we have no stock & which vehicle you want it is damaged... If you don't have stock so please don't take money from others, Such a big showroom but they don't have any idea about stock, What a great thing !!! Now trying to get my money back, & still more excuses. Customer service is terrible, Website looks good, but they cannot deliver on their promise! Pathetic & shameful to say the least! Don't buy from nikol !! Very frustrated & annoyed with the service received so far.

I personally had a very bad experience. These guys misguided me regarding subsidy application, eventually losing on it. The scooter is good, not this particular outlet as far as my experience goes. Kiran motors could do better...
