    Shipra Ma'am is a remarkable & best yoga teacher and Guru - She passes on the tradition of good teaching from her own guru. She inspires you to be a better version of yourself both on and off the mat . It’s not just instruction it’s inspiration every single day … Great technique balanced with all the yogic principles.     Shipra ma'am is such an amazing and professional yoga instructor. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Sessions with her are always so spiritual. I feel so stretched and exhausted in a positive way.

    I joined yogasatva in the month of Nov 2022 with lots of concerns like knee pain and backache, Stiffness, poor posture and many more. It is an amazing journey with Shirpa ma’am. Her sessions starts and ends with mantras which make one really calm, peaceful and ready for the day. Her instructions are clear, correcting postures at regular intervals , motivating between the sessions, appreciating one’s improvement, sharing knowledge related to asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Kriyas. Her sessions include variety of practices. I always am amazed and excited for practices she will take for the day. I have restored flexibility to some extend, improved posture, Knee pain almost vanished. My husband joined the session past one month, we share same thoughts. Her calm personality soothes her students.Happy and knowledgeable teacher leads to happy and healthy students. I am grateful that I am part of this journey with yogasatva. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I have joined Yogasatva since 12 days but I am feeling very light and stress-free after the sessions . The sessions are really helpful and I enjoy the same. If you are looking for Good yoga practice sessions yogasatva is highly recommended. The practice asanas are very effective and beneficial for me . I have improvement in my body posture , digestion as well as the scars on my face got cleared. These things I have achieved with in a short span of 3 months of my class

    It has been an amazing experience with this yoga centre. Improving my physical strength, flexibility and helped relieve my stress. I had situation called PCOD , i got my periods within 20 days after joining this program. Overall it has been an excellent program. Yes definitely would want to spread the message so many would benefit from this.

    Shipra’s teaching style for yoga is very good and most important point about her yoga is that she explains in detail and does yoga along with her participants so participants should not make any mistake during practices.

    Its just been a month since I joined and already my menstrual cycle has improved. I always look forward to the class and really enjoy it. I feel much better mentally and physically. It allows me to keep my body active without draining my energy. Shipra Ma’am is an excellent guru and really sweet as well. I would highly recommend her for Yoga services. Thank you

    Yogasatva has been very helpful to me. I have been practising yoga for last 3 months in personal session and with the guidance of my instructor Ms. Shipra I have successfully lost weight. Due to over weight, I used to feel restless and had pain in my legs. Now I don’t feel stressed and the pain in legs is no more a problem. Body has gained flexibility.

    Friendly atmosphere to practice yoga. I did a one hour practice which was pleasant. I did a home training which is run parallelly with an online session. What I believe could be improved is spaciousness to practice more freely, option to select classes as per challenge, more focused environment with no distractions, calmer lighting conditions for ex while ending the session.

    This is one of the best decision I have made in my life to join Yogsatva. This gives me an opportunity to learn the yoga, the meaning of it and how to be a true yogi. I Like the Asana, Pranayam and relaxation very much. The teaching style of Shipra Ma'am is very unique. I feel very happy and satisfied to have joined this yoga class. Each class was a valuable learning experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended. From the bottom of my heart thank you Yogsatva class and shipra Ma'am.

    I’ve been practice yoga with shipra ma’am since a month.she is highly skilled, experienced, and have deep knowledge about yoga moreover loving and supportive. I am glad to have found Yogaustava After joining a daily yoga class, I experience more mental and physical energy, an increase in awareness and enthusiasm, and fewer negative emotions. Everybody knows power of yoga, try once, its really really helpful to your body Thank you ma’am

    I was aware that yoga is good for health but after joining yogsatva it has really helped me with my health and also almost recovered my frozen shoulder. Shipraji is very talented and really good teacher who understands each one's requirements and helps to attain individual goals. Highly recommend her classes for attaining pinnacle of mental and physical health.

    I joined this Yoga classes since last 3 months. I am enjoying the sections. As this keep me positive and feel energetic. Mainly help me to reduce my back pain and improve flexibility of my body. The yoga trainer, Shipra ma'am is amazing, she give personal attention to each and every participant including online participants also. She maintain Healthy and friendly atmosphere during classes. Which encourage me to learn more about yoga and to be happy and healthy.

    I have been practicing Yoga with Shipra from last one year. Started just after lockdown, got the best yoga teacher in Roadpali, who understands my capacities. And teaches me according to my condition. She takes care of everyone. I will continue my Yoga class with her and recommend her classes to all my friends.

    I am a beginner to yoga. I started doing yoga at Yogsatva after my pregnancy. I really like the way of teaching various asanas and mudras. Shipra mam is really good teacher who teaches with patience and understands the problems/ limitations. I feel relaxed and energetic after yoga session. It's very nice experience as the yoga session are informative and friendly. Thank you.

    I’ve taken the classes over 3 months now (both offline & online) and have had a great experience. The instructions provided by Shipra Ma’am are very clear and constructive. She goes above and beyond to accommodate for any injuries and suggests modified exercises accordingly. She also often takes the time to explain the importance of the various asanas.

    After taking some sessions of Yoga as guided by Shipra Mam, I really feel relaxed and fresh.I really feel active after streching body. I can sleep well. For students like us it's really very helpful for concentration in studies and remember the topics well.
