We have been a seller for this website since last three years and they made payment to us for first 6 months and later stopped paying at all. I have been begging them to pay since September 2022 and they delay it by saying next month next month. It is June now and no payment from there end. It is exhausting and highly affecting our small business. They are stealing from all the businesses and are not even replying and attending calls regularly. Their employees are always out when you call them. This is a shame as a big company. EDIT - It is now 10th October and we have still not received any payment from propshop24. We were told that the payment will start on September and that did not happen and they delayed it everyday in September and now they have told that in October the payment will be done and it is now 10th October. They were suppose to update with payment dates on 3 October but there has been no update since then. I am waiting for my payment for 2+ years. EDIT 2 - 23/10/2023 - I was told by the team member on 19th October that he will update today as he was not going to office and today when I messaged him, he again told me that he is not going to office. This is exactly what they are doing from last 3 years. Delaying every single day which becomes years. These people are liars and steal from us. Thieves.

Please do not buy from them… they are “ CURATORS OF CHOR” company. They do not pay their vendors for months and years and make excuses. Their founders have left the company in the hands of their employees. And do not answer calls or emails when asked for payments. Please stop buying from this company.

Worst company. Don't order anything from them. They are frauds. They sell products from small vendors and never pay the vendors for their products. Never reply on emails or calls. Even the founders don't care at all for the company and its sellers on which they are running their website. Payments are pending since a year now but they just won't pay. And this has been the scene since literally the last 4 years. No improvement whatsoever.

Very pathetic service. Have been waiting on my order since days. Customer service doesn’t pick the call up, and on mailing, they just reply with- will be shipped tomorrow, will be shipped that day, this day…. And no concrete day of shipping or delivery. I have pre paid the order and have been waiting over weeks now of estimated date of delivery. Now they say refund not possible because it’s customised, then At least deliver the order on time Na. I can’t wait a month beyond the date I need the order for the rakhi occasion. Highly disappointed, very bad service! I am sure not to order again on this site. Being an e-commerce portal you should be prompt in your ways of dealing with customers and if your vendor are not adhering to it, better take necessary actions. I am yet waiting on my order. If not received please be assured I will take necessary steps.

The worst marketplace there is out there. Haven’t received payments in over 3 years for products I’ve sold on their platform. They constantly have claims that they’re merging with some company since the last 2 years. After asking for payments again, they tell me that the amount is a nominal amount and i must wait for another 15 days for them to try and clear a “nominal amount”. Literally the worst company to do business with or work with in any regard.

One of the worst companies to deal with as a vendor. Utter disgrace to professional ethics. Only if option of minus stars theyd get -5 stars. As a vendor we trusted this famous website and proceeded with the agreement of selling our products at the cost of xyz% of the cost. Agreement stated 45 WORKING DAYS. which they told us is about 90 days. We patiently waited. 6 months down the line we’re chasing and begging for the money they owe. At first we didn’t even ask for money directly we asked was for response. Mr. J**in was very sweet talks on call but a useless man ever encountered. If you are buyer please do not buy from such fraud platforms and instead buy directly. Or chose another platform.

Fraudulent website!!!!! Sold items as vendors on this platform. Being a small business we don’t have high end sales and all. Thinking this platform is renowned, we proceeded with the agreement of 45 working days payment after delivery and 3 months over the due date we are given fake promises and dates of when it’ll be payed (never till date). The finance head P***a and this guy name Ja**n have proved to be two useless people. The finance head doesn’t even have the consideration to either pick up the call or call back. And the guy is unbelievable. Truly worthless people.

Bought goods from Suppliers on their trust and thej not paying their amount since last 1.3 years. Working with new suppliers all the time as cheating with old suppliers. Not good to go long. Short term companies, will rise and will be dissapear very soon.

Literally the worst payment service ever. We have been supplying our products to them since a really long time but they never paid us the money on time. They don’t stick to their payment timelines and now it’s almost been a year of us stopping the supply of products and taking constant updates on our payments but no response whatsoever. Emails and calls go unanswered all the time. It’s once in a blue moon when we get a response and all they keep saying is that we do not have the funds currently. We will be paying soon. You guys cannot use running out of funds as an excuse for delaying payments. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour. You cannot exploit small business for your own benefit. Very Pathetic company. If you want to avoid losing your money, please stay away from doing any kind of business with this company - PropShop 24. My wife had done business with them some time ago. She had sold stuff to them through numerous purchase orders based on agreement of getting paid within 40 days of receipt. Its been a year now and no payment or any concrete details of when they would be paying has been received from this company. When you try to contact them, initially they will just dodge your concerns by passing the ball around to numerous members of the company, then the members will arrange your call with the founder who will be giving lame excuses that we are having cash crunch, working on getting new investors....blah blah ....and will buy more time just to never make the payment again. Till date we are getting false commitments that they are getting new investors and will be making our payments in due course without providing a concrete date. Its kind of fraud that they are just taking investors funds and funds by selling vendors products on their website just to never payback to the vendors. If this is the way of doing their business I would encourage the investors not to invest in this company and also buyers not to buy from this company as they never pay their vendors back!!!

I wouldn't have ordered if the company takes almost a week to ship their products god knows when will it get delivered. I thought it worked like amazon and other sites that delivers on time. I just read the reviews and almost all have the same concern. I shouldn't have ordered. Anyway i just want my products to reach on time.

I wish i could rate in negative. These people are looting and taking benefits of small businesses like me. They reached out to me to list my products on their website and I added thinking that its a reputed company. I have made sales over 50k and they have not paid me a single penny. It's been almost a year and they keep giving excuses. People from their account team don't respond and Mr Jatin keeps on giving illogical excuses. I wish to take legal action soon. They have really bullied and burned my business bfre i could even start.

They are the worst! Never order from this website. They will take prepaid orders and then you can kiss your money goodbye! I ordered a few things in the beginning of this month and they said that they will deliver them by 24th. Guess what? I haven't heard back from then, they don't reply to my mails and haven't received any updates. Not yet received my order and I think my 3k money just went down the drain.

We had listed out products on propshop24 and they haven't paid us for the sales that happened prior to covid. They keep sharing farzi funding screenshots and on top of that they dont communicate. They have defrauded me and a lot of young entrepreneurs big time. And on top of it they very sincere but don't communicate and the next funding never happens. They keep lying again and again. Please pay us our hard earned money.

By the look of the other reviews, This seems a norm for these cheats. It's a wonder how they are able to do so and get away. Very bad service . Had ordered Rakhi for rakhshabndhan a month ago but they couldn’t deliver before or atleast even on the day of Rakshabandhan . On calling their customer care half the day they don’t pick up or if they do pick up they just give you false assurance. Very very bad service and delivery . Very bad. I was writing for my order since days. Courier services didn't delivered the order saying customer didn't accepted. Are ... prepaid hai payment ki h q accept nhi krungi main. Waste of money

Really poor service. The order has been delayed so much that it was of no use. I wasnt even informed about the delay, I had to keep calling them to know the status of the order. A fair compensation was also not provided. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

I discovered propshop by chance due to Instagram algorithm, and looking back, I think that was some good luck I had! I found a rakhi that I wanted to send to my brother in India as a surprise, but I added it to cart one day and ordered it the next. It was only later I realized the final order did not have gift-wrapping and the personalised note that I'd have wanted. So I asked to cancel it after it had already been shipped-so I can reorder the same Rakhi design with the gift-wrapping-not knowing that it incurs a loss. I expected them to tell me that it's not possible to cancel the order now, but they cancelled it anyway and that was so kind of them. But that's not all. When I was making a new order, the design I originally selected seemed to be out of stock. I hence chose another design of the same price and made the order, gift-wrapping and note included. The delivery date also showed as the day after Raksha Bandhan on the shipping site, but I didnt mind because they had already done the most. Not only did they deliver the Rakhi on the perfect date (exactly on Raksha Bandhan day), they also sent the same design that I had originally chosen! They catered to my plans perfectly! Needless to say, my brother liked it very much. Not only does PropShop stand out for its modern, pop-culture inspired designs, but they also have excellent customer service. 100/100. Definitely shopping here again.
