Ridiculous and very poor service ,bank's staff don't have proper knowledge and due to this insufficient knowledge they bother to clients. And they only know how to delay work instead how to complete work or how to help clients.

All the persons who gave 5 & 4 stars are requested to give the valid reason for that.. & the responsible persons are out of bank and no one receives the calls after 5-6 redials too.. so please inform the staff members to improve the work.
