I took my son Jake to train at K-Team while we were in Oahu. Professor Kimo is an excellent BJJ instructor! Experienced and highly knowledgeable. Very detailed with the moves he is showing the class. I recommend this gym, you will learn a lot! I will bring my son back here again whenever we come back to Oahu.

We love K-Team! Very family friendly & family oriented! Coaches are knowledgeable & my daughter loves them! My daughter has been going for about 2yrs now & she has shown an immense amount of growth mentally & physically. It’s always a good time at the adult classes as well! They teach at all skill levels. Highly recommend!!!

Where do I even begin to start to say how awesome this place is! I started training here about 5 or 6 years ago and I’ve loved every minute of it. It’s a very family friendly gym with a very good coaching staff. They are very experienced in what they teach and you can get very good training in any day of the week. I train and I also bring my son, he loves it just as much as I do. If you’ve never tried I suggest going by the gym and try out the free trial period and see where it can take you in life!

We love K-team! My son started a year and a half ago and we loved it so much that we also signed up my daughter. The coaches are great with the kids and very knowledgeable. I have noticed that my kids are more confident, disciplined and look forward to going to practice. Overall, I would rate this place 10 stars if I could! 😁

I'm rather excited about coming in tomorrow. It'll be my very first day of BJJ and I have wanted to start for awhile. With wrestling experience I've always felt confident in my ability to maintain control but after grappling with my new friends out here in kahaluu, I've realized there is so much more to learn. I'm looking forward to impressing my friends with my new found skillset, I've heard about the teacher here and I do believe I will receive high quality training through them!

Fantastic local club, excellent place for all skill levels. Kids learn fundamentals the right way but with lots of fun and energy. Non-intimidating: welcoming and friendly... definitely a hidden gem in Kaneohe!

My family and I absolutely love K-Team. We initially started with a 6 week trial offer and never left. My children’s confidence and strength have improved in the last 4 months. The community and instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I recommend this place every time someone is looking for a martial arts school because we love it so much.

Best thing we ever did!!!! Moved back home from Ca about 4 years ago tried another jiujitsu academy where we didn’t feel very welcomed. My husband found Kteam online and went to check it out, we were sold!!!! This school is the best!!! Coaches are the perfect balance of wonderful instructors, fun, and disciplined! We have 5 children and all our kids train with Kteam ranging from 20-3 years old. My husband trains 3x a week and enrolled me in the women’s self defense class which I quickly became hooked on. Now i train as well after 11 years of sitting on the sidelines watching and we even train all together on Friday night with the family class! If you want to empower your children, increase your health, or build a strong family bond this is the place to do it!
