Limited parking, on the second floor. Easy to find, just GPS the location. Friendly staff and make appointments online. They accept cash and credit card. Very quick to get your lashes done. It only takes an hour but they make very good use of the time.

Loved the experience with getting my lashes/eyebrows done here. They were very accommodating and polite. It’s so calm I probably fell asleep once or twice. I usually thread my eyebrows, but I’ve been converted to wax here. Kim did my lashes and Sofia did my brows. They’re both really great. Thank you!

LOVE my lashes from Pinky’s!!! I’d never been here and was looking to get my eyelashes done on the island. I’ve been to plenty of places on the mainland and this one tops a lot of them. Sophia was an awesome eyelash tech—super patient with me answering questions, helping me figure out what I want in terms of style, and detail oriented. She didn’t miss any spots and did a great set that was very full. And reasonable prices. I really enjoyed coming here and will be back!! Thanks Sophia and team!

I always have a great experience with whoever is doing my lashes. Everything is clean and the music is always catchy but never too loud to interrupt your beauty nap. The girls are all very friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the market for lash services.

Says use sensitive glue in my profile the technician used regular glue my eyes are red!! When I told her my eyes burned she sent her used car sales man boss over to try and convince me it’s not burning. I would have been okay with her explanation but he was the worst! Waste of time I have been there many times with hope and Sophia who are great at what they do!! I can never get my wasted hour back on top of that I left without my lashes being done! No availability to do them in the next few days with the technicians I normally go to! I am disgusted I only get two random days a week off!

I have been coming here for lash services for 4 years now, and I am always super happy with the result. At first, I was consistently seeing the same person for lash extensions, and another for brow waxing, but both people moved. I proceeded to instead go to Carley for lashes and have been for almost 2 years now 😊 She makes me feel comfortable before my nap (lol) and at times when I wanted to change my length/curl, she accepted and delivered my desired look! Went to get my eyebrows threaded and they actually have you lay down for the service. A wonderful surprise as I'm used to sitting in a chair to get this service done. Laying down def gets the customer more comfortable! Was taken in right away and from then it was pretty straight forward.

I won’t be going back. My second experience here was just as frustrating and unpleasant as the first. First time I was seen by Mia, had to go back twice for her to fix her errors (my lashes kept falling out after a few days my eyes were looking extremely sparse) finally after the 3rd time the owner stepped in to fix the errors. Decided to give a second chance for them to fix their errors and I regret it, Second time seen by maile, she missed my outer eyes from the tape covering them, got them done on a Monday by Wednesday I was having sparse areas already, I expressed im having fall out, they’re in my sink on my pillow just falling out like hot cakes, it’s not acceptable for these issues to keep happening especially with the amount of money being spent and how time consuming it is to be making multiple visits for them to get it right. I think the technicians simply lack retention in their applications, and professionalism.

I went here today, 7 Feb 24 for the first time and I'm so glad I did. The front receptionist, Kendra was amazing from start to finish. I called ahead because I wasn't sure what kind of eyelash extensions would suit me the best. She was so polite. She answered my questions and helped me picked the best look for me. My tech Johvana was also amazing. She gave me the natural, and classy look I wanted. I love them. I'll definitely be back.
