I rarely give 5 stars because nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement . That being said. The STAFF at extra space storage 590 Farrington, Kapolei was amazing. I rented from Extra Space in California so I was aware of the legendary customer service. However the staff at this location were very professional knowledgeable, joyful & kind. They have what the mainland locations dont Plenty of ALOHA. MAHALO Shy for your personal touch Aloha Michele- Enjoy the BIG island Shell - Mahalo for changing my 4x7 to a more convenient 7x 4. Mahalo for helping make my life a lil less stressful.

The facility is conveniently located near the highway. My unit was a drive up unit with large dual access roll up doors. Perfect for getting item quickly and easily. Unit and bathrooms are well lit clean and secure. The staff members here are absolutely amazing! Theyre efficient helpful and really make me feel comfortable leaving my items that needed to be stored away. I recommend this storage facility to everyone i know.

James was so helpful to meeting our storage needs. The manager Sherry was helpful accommodating us too. They are friendly and efficient in getting us exactly what we need.

Chelle and Shy are tremendous servants and both place best efforts towards supporting customers. Without hesitation, they quickly resolved my issues and I was able to utilize services. I've been truly happy using Extra Space Storage as my choice of company to store my personal belongings with.
