I went in asking for an acrylic set with a reference photo. An older woman took me in for my nails and completely botched the entire set. The nails were uneven, pointed upward, the incorrect shape, and looked nothing like the reference photo. Above all, she used a drill to push back my cuticles and drilled into my natural nail and left divots in my nail. I asked for a refund and she started yelling at me and threatened to cut the nails off if I wanted a refund. This place is completely unprofessional and treats their customers poorly. It is not worth the time or money!

If I could give a rating below zero I would. I took my daughter to get acrylics and the nail tech was a woman named Sydney. Right off the bat she felt very rude and unwelcoming. When she started filing the acrylics she was extremely rough and my daughters cuticles and skin were broken and bleeding onto her nails, even though the bleeding was so visible and we very vocal about it she continued being extremely rough and made it extremely painful. The nails are not even, and not the right color even though she insisted it was and we pointed it out several times before she went on with the rest of the nails. It was also extremely overpriced for such messy nails that are already to get looser. After the nails were finished my daughters cuticles were still extremely inflamed. Please save yourselves your money and time and go somewhere else.

I have been going here regularly for 3 years. It is always hit or miss. There’s a handful of ladies that have been there for awhile that always do a really good job. However, the last few times I have gone in the evening I have had the new older ladies. I understand that sometimes people have off days or need some time to better their craft. I keep telling myself not to go back, but the location is so convenient. This was definitely the last. I had a regular pedi and gel mani done. She cleaned up my cuticles pretty well, but the polish was awful. She did not paint the sides of most of my toenails. The top coat was completely messy and did not cover the entire nail. To the point where it was clearly noticeable. I shyly politely asked if she could fix them. She looked closely and said they were fine and put my sandals on. I rarely speak up when there is an issue so I was completely shocked. When it came to my gel manicure she did not prep the nails the right way (once upon a time, before having kids I was licensed to do hair and nails, so I am very familiar with the process.) I asked her to go a tiny bit closer to the cuticle, as it looked like I was on week two. I know going to close will make them lift. But this was a bit ridiculous. I have bumps where there was nail dust or debris that stand out. I asked if she could fix near the cuticle and side of my ring finger as she had only cleaned up one side. She then very angrily clipped and filed the side. I pulled my hand back a little because it had started hurting. She had started talking to the other employees as she finished the top coat just as messy and uneven as my toes. I turned my head and tried to hold in my tears. She then very rudely tells me that the ridges on my nails are due to the fact that I don’t take care of them and it’s from acrylic nails. It’s actually from extreme vitamin deficiency, but hey she just wanted to be rude and hurtful. I call and ask to speak to a manager as soon as I’m in my car. I let her know what happened, again very shyly and politely. I ask if it would be ok to go in tomorrow and have someone else fix only the ugly ones of the bunch. All she said was she would talk to her. She was nice, but not really helpful. I am now having to go somewhere else to have everything redone.

I am not satisfied with the color for my manicure. I even said I wasn't sure about it while they were being painted on me. However, I was encouraged by the nail technician to have one more coat done and it will look better. So I listen respectfully and tried my best to not be a difficult customer. I also asked for more of a rounder shape of nail and she proceeded to give me a square round shape, Even with showing a picture of color and shape of nail I wanted in the first place. I asked later on if we could change the color because I just wasn't feeling it and found a better color I would be much happier with and they wanted to charge me extra for the color change. Clearly making the customer happy is not a priority for this place and I will not come back.

The technician I had was pleasant, but she pulled my acrylic nails off without first using a removal solvent. It was painful, very scary and damaged some of my nails. I asked for a simple gel manicure after acrylic removal, and the gel was applied unevenly; spotty and streaky in some parts, chunky in others. I feel like I might as well have done my nails myself, and am very upset that my natural nails are in worse shape after the appointment than they were before. I will not be going here again. I cannot support a business that takes short cuts at the customer’s expense.

The lady that did my nails was nice but her skills was lacking, my nails are not proportional nor was it done correctly. They did not clean nor prep my nails just straight up started buffing, Im disappointed.

Went here July 9th 2022 with my bestie. Never again, my lady was nice and decent, but I just feel like she didn’t do a good job of cleaning my feet. I did the callus removal however, when I got home and took a shower, I noticed that my feet was not “grated” good enough so now I have rough edges :/ for $52 I would expect that my feet would be exfoliated more… oh well, guess I’ll keep going to the nail salon by target in kapolei since they clean my feet better.

It was good. I don't do acrylic nils but my nails were looking really bad and it was my daughter's wedding so I decided to get acrylic nails. They did a pretty good job. Today I'm going for a refill. We shall see how it goes.
