Wow,
I
can't
thank
Cat
and
Iz
for
helping
me
recover
from
my
excruciatingly
painful
sciatic
nerve
pain
that
ran
from
my
left
glute
all
the
way
down
to
my
ankles.
I
had
been
given
prednisone
by
my
doctor
to
calm
the
inflammation,
but
the
nerve
pain
was
still
so
intense,
especially
in
my
calf.
I
could
not
sit
or
stand
without
cringing.
Somehow,
Cat
found
a
simple
forward
bending,
reaching
for
the
floor,
10
times
every
hour
on
the
first
day,
and
there
was
sign
of
relief,
if
only
for
10
or
15
minutes.
More
stretches
were
added,
but
this
first
stretch
was
my
go-to
anytime
I
felt
the
intense
pain
coming
on.
Recovery
was
slow
but
steady.
I
was
sad
to
end
my
sessions
after
7
visits,
but
I
left
with
the
tools
to
continue
my
progress.
What
I
appreciated
most
was
the
encouragement
from
Cat
to
continue
my
YMCA
aqua
class
and
return
to
gym
(with
modifications),
and
her
"use
it
or
lose
it"
philosophy.
Time
was
spent
teaching
me
proper
lifting,
squatting,
lunging,
etc.,
to
help
me
prevent
future
episodes
of
sciatica,
which
is
so
important.
I
am
free
of
sciatic
pain
and
so
grateful
to
Stayfit!
I
continue
to
start
my
day
with
stretches,
and
do
10
toe
touches
anytime
I
feel
stiff.
My
girlfriend
with
mild
sciatica
says
it
works
for
her,
too.
This
is
the
second
time
Stayfit
has
given
me
my
life
back,
and
I
want
to
express
thanks
to
Chip
for
helping
me
deal
with
my
frozen
shoulder
and
torn
rotator
cuff
about
2
years
ago.
He
is
a
gem!
Oh,
and
the
staff
is
very
friendly
and
efficient,
too.
