No guest parking. Terrible recipient. Its listed price is not all the cost. There is additional service fee. After all that, it's not cheap at all. Also no room service. My cousin came visit us from Japan. Unfortunately she booked this place for the lower advertised price, without knowing the additional service fee. Then we went to meet up with her, and told by the front desk it's fine to park in the parking lot, only to find out our car got towed when we came out. Then the front desk denied they told us that, and refused to offer any help whatsoever. I won't go near this place even to meet a visiting friend, let alone staying here. And now the owner just replying back to all negative review staying it's not their guest, without any remorse of what went wrong, showing absolutely no intend of improving. So I'm editing this review to add more details of what happened. DO NOT expect anything good come out of this place with this attitude of doing business.

The location is great! Few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The elevators are a bit scary as they seem old. There’s no central AC. Only a small individual wall unit. The parking garage is limited and you need to pay daily. We got to our car 30 min past the time limit and it got towed. The towing info in the garage was not the company that towed our car. We had to call the local police to find out which company. Costed $212 to get our car after ubering over

Rented through AirBnB. I absolutely loved this place! It has a beautiful view and balcony to go relax, tan, or eat. The place was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bathroom was beautiful. Well equipped with things. The TV was a smart TV so I was able to stream from my phone Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime but I’m not sure channels actually work. It kept saying no signal. The trash chute has certain hrs to throw away trash so make sure you pay attention to that. Check-in could of been a little better. I got there around 7pm I couldn’t find anybody at the desk or ‘security desk’. I walked around looking for lockbox and couldn’t find. After about 10mins I found the security guy and he took my ID and vaccine card and showed where lockboxes were. After that no problems. It’s secure in the building because you can’t even get on the elevator without a fob. A lot of places around to eat or buy things. Close to beach

I booked an AirBnB apartment at this building. Access to the elevator is with a chipped fob. The key to the apartment is in a lock box in the lobby. My studio apartment was clean and quiet and was at the back of the building. It had access to a balcony, as per photos below. It's about a 3 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. There's a well stocked convenience store at street level in this building. The building itself is clean and has a combination of permanent residents and vacationers. In addition to the convenience store in the building, there's an ABC Store a few feet down the road. Parking is available in and around the building for a fee.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice and clean they have a mini mart and free continental breakfast, also free wifi and cable, room also had a/c. Only thing is these rooms are individually owned condos not at all what I would call a hotel or motel. Room and bathroom are very small no hotplate very very small sink and area to prep and microwave your food, fridge is regular sized. Not my first choice for vacation stays in Waikiki but when choices are limited it would do.

Sept 25-Oct 3 We rented room 1101A Kushiro Village from Richard (Host) for our Son and daughter in law. When they cleaned up everything and removed the sheets on Oct 3 they notice a large old blood stain on the mattress in numerous areas. They had a conversation with Richard about it and he said that he it was unacceptable and there will be some kind of compensation.BUT- Since then he has not returned any calls or emails from us or Expedia. This is disappointing! Check your mattress and BEWARE of this scammer! Richard👎 Spirit of Aloha my 🍑

They are in a great location. 2 minute walk to ocean. Right in the heart of Waikiki restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Reasonably priced and great security at night. The building is completely smoke free

Nice, clean space. Good enough size for two people. Great balcony view, comfy bed, and the location was perfect. Far enough away from busy tourist traffic, and close to a lot of great hidden gems in terms of food. Staff was very friendly. Only problem was in our unit, the sink and tub didn't drain well. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Be careful.. There is an aggressive and racist guy in the parking slot just beside the village be aware of him!! He was insulting people waking beside

Easy access for guest only! Very secure! Great views!! I’ll be back!
