We’ve tried twice and NEVER again! The meat didn’t taste right. It’s nothing like the distinct whopper taste that I go to BK for. I don’t know if it’s old and rotting or what but it’s just wrong. Doesn’t taste good at all. The whopper I had tonight was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. I went in to take a bite and a bug CRAWLED OUT OF MY BURGER!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted and distraught that a restaurant would dare serve food in that state. This place needs a visit by the health department.

This is the 6th time i have given them the chance to get my oder right... Im all about second chances and i have given them 6 chances yet every single time i have gone to this location my oder is never correct. And i havent seen any kind of resolution to these problems. Number one reason being is they do no answerer their phone. So times i have called to explain my oders are incorrect i can never get a hold of anyone. Sure i could go back in and explain in person but most of the time i get fast food its bc im in a hurry. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars

Neither BK on post is going to offer hot burgers. I think they under cook them to speed the line along. I've tried this location 3 times in about a year an a half. I even ordered cheese sticks thinking, they'd HAVE to be hot. Nope. I've wasted my money on these 2 for the last time.

This morning 12 December 2022 I went to the Burger King at the Food court at the PX on Schofield. I ordered a number 8 sandwich only and the person who prepared my sandwich was Awesome!!! Kudos to her.

It was nice being able to sit at a restaurant and eat without having to have a vaxx passport (because it is federal property and the county mandates don't apply) even if it was at a food court. The food was good and the service was good. We ate outside because the weather was nice.

Listen it’s Burger King, nothing fancy at all. Both times I’ve ordered food I had to repeat myself multiple times and correct the order multiple times. Not a huge deal but when you’re hangry it makes things worse. The food however, is always fresh. Fresh fries, good burgers. Probably the best Burger King I’ve been too quality wise. The employees always ask if I need ketchup and provide a small baggie with napkins. I appreciate it as the whopper burger tends to get messy.

Every single time I go to this place and order a large drink I get a different sized cup! I ordered 2 large icees and one small. My 2 large icees this time were put in medium sized cups, last time they were in the actual large cup. I went inside and the lady pulls out a cup the EXACT same size as my small icee and proceeds to tell me that's a size medium. Since when did medium and small become the same size? These people are so incompetent. Go elsewhere.

Meat tasted old. Ordered onion rings and received French fries.

Litterly everytime I get a milkshske it's just like not even cold this place is trash

ALWAYS mess up my order, the lady taking my order never let's me finish giving my order and trys the rush me threw, 1 night I asked for a double whopper and they put 1 patty and 4 jr whopper Patty's on top and it was cold the only good customer service I had was from 1 one the new mangers taking orders in the morning

Great food but never post when times change on weekends or holidays

I told the woman I did not want a drink because she didn’t have the one I wanted and instead she still charged me for a drink and when I told her I didn’t want it she made a snotty remark talking about “well I already charged you”.

The man who took our order was very courteous and kind. I will go back here because he made us feel welcome.

Hours are listed correctly, we went late last night and got fresh hot food. And not old onion rings like some locations will do. Staff was courteous

When I first arrived (6:47am) no one was at the counter so I went to Starbucks.Then I go back and ask for a croissant sandwhich and got a burger instead.
