This place is seriously CLEAN. Rooms are huge, well furnished, breakfast is pretty typical of a Hampton Inn, nice pool area, and super friendly staff. If you love to shop, you'll love this location. If you're like me...not so much. It's quite the hike to anything else if you're on foot, like I am. If cleanliness is paramount for you, you'll love it here. There aren't even stains on the carpet like the majority of hotels these days. Despite the proximity to the airport, I rarely hear the planes from inside the room. Also, clearly a very safe area, with one of the best supermarkets on the island within walking distance.

Awesome location for travelers without a car since it's right next to the outlet (literally 5 minutes walk)! Staff was extremely professional and polite. The pool and rooms were really clean. The complimentary breakfast was great, except the oatmeal was a little too thick for our liking.

This is the best hotel on Oahu! Not only is it removed from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu but this is the best Hampton staff I have ever been served by. On our wedding night the team here made sure to welcome us back with a special surprise in our room. If you are afraid of all the overstimulation from the city I highly recommend you stay here instead. There's wonderful restaurants within walking distance and great shopping as well. This island is small enough that you can get to any part of it within 40 minutes to an hour. If you come to a Oahu you should come to this hotel.

Fantastic Hampton Inn! You are away from all the Hustle and bustle of downtown, mixed in with the locals and their type of dining and shopping experience. There are DOZENS of restaurants within walking distance that you can choose from. You can leave your keys in the hotel room. Also, parking is FREE! That is such a rare item much anymore in Hawaii. The rooms are exceptionally clean. They offer excellent views of the area and some of the ocean, if you are high enough. The beds offer a very comfortable place to rest your head after a hard days work. One item I didn't have in my room was a microwave. There was a communal microwave in the lobby, but I didn't need to use it. There is a very comfortable pool on-site. It is used a lot by kids and families in the morning/afternoon, and us old folks in the evening. There is plenty of seating area around the pool combining tables, chairs and lounges. This hotel is a 5 star hotel for the location, amenities, cleanliness and friendly staff. If you need to stay in the Kapolei area, you don't have many choices, but thankfully this hotel is here for your to choose. It's #1 on my list. Enjoy! Mahalo!

Very clean-comfortable-convenient hotel! Very friendly staff-polite & welcoming! A little loud at night, but not too bad. The location was great. We enjoyed having the Outlet Mall, Foodland & eateries near by. We would definitely stay again!πŸ˜ƒ

This was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff went above and beyond. When I asked if the omelette had meat they said they would get me one without. The fitness room was clean and had what you needed. We had fun swimming in the pool. They are extremely close to shopping and restaurants. You had lots of choices.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! All of the staff are polite, friendly and professional. This place is immaculate. The breakfast buffet is great. There is something for everyone. The kitchen staff work tirelessly keeping the place clean and the food and beverages replenished. There is a fitness center, pool and laundry room on the first door. The decor is modern with very clean lines. Right outside, in walking distance are a plethora of restaurants and shops! I highly recommend this hotel! ❀❀❀❀

The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. However, the beds were small and the pillows were like whoopee cushions, (as soon as you laid down they deflated). Also, the toilet wasn't sealed to the floor. If you moved around at all, it tipped, haha. That was a bit of a scare πŸ˜…. Area food was SO amazing and it was overall, pretty awesome.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms, good rates and close to the mall and food. Parking is decent but fills up quick (close parking that is). Workers were nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Kama'aina rates also a big plus.

Easy check in experience. Google maps takes you straight to it. Convenient shopping around the area within easy walking distance. Spacious room, comfy bed, looks fairly updated. Neutrogena shower products. Hair dryer and Iron in room. 2 tvs which is nice if staying as a pair. Breakfast was your typical hotel offering. Nothing fancy but when it comes with the room, it's appreciated. Try the watermelon water, pretty good. Two coffee stations, one to the right of the desk and the other in the breakfast area.. Great set up, would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel; conveniently located right next to a mall and shopping area with lots of food options as well as a food land market. You can see the ocean from the room, probably about 2.5 miles away from the hotel. Free hot breakfast available. Large rooms. Very friendly staff.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. If you are a long term guest, this hotel is a great choice. No resort fee. No parking fee and it's very convenient. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store right within walking distance (literally 50ft). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is very, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, parking makes this an excellent hotel to stay at on Oahu. The breakfast selection is small but it provides one options to fill you up in the morning. The service I received from the front desk and housekeeping was welcoming, friendly, fast, and efficient. This is my third time staying at this hotel and overall it’s an excellent place to stay

The hotel is in a great place near shopping center, a grocery store, restaurants and more. The hotel has 6 floors we were able to choose our room thru the app which was nice it has a workout room a pool and self laundry for guest. There is also a complimentary breakfast that they serve between the hours of 0600-0900 that is worth getting up early for. I would definitely choose to stay here again. There is even a spot to enjoy the nightlife at Moani Island Bistro and bar.

Great hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. Everything was in working order and well kept. The location was great as it is located at a mall. Numerous shops and restaurants are within very easy walking distance. Literally next door. The location also felt safe for a family. Lots of families in the area.

Our stay here was amazing!! It was really clean and the front desk staff was awesome as well. Our room was very clean. We had a couple problems with our room (fridge stopped working, the blinds wouldn't work, and the door battery went bad) but they were fixed super fast! The staff were great, especially the overnight crew. They gave us tons of suggestions for attractions and food, and they were great suggestions! There is a hot breakfast as well, as well as a to-go sack option. The location was good depending on what you're looking for. It wasn't by any beaches obviously, but it wasn't a far drive to get most places. There are eating options closer to the hotel as well, and the grocery store has eating options also including some really good ahi poke bowls, sandwiches, burritos, and fried chicken.

Clean and updated rooms. Located attached to a nice mall for easy shopping and food options. Great getaway hotel from the hussle of Waikiki with easy access to Northshore. Side note: The closest beach is 3 miles.

Excellent property. Great location surrounding by several restaurants and grocery store. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the lack of variety for breakfast same thing over and over days in a row.

Two elevators of three inoperative for a day. One elevator inoperative for the entire stay. Only two washers available, one inoperative for the entire stay. Room cleanliness and bed need improvement.

We were there long enough to discover some of the flaws but overall we had a nice stay. The flaws were: Upholstery in dinning area was badly stained from too many breakfast spills. Parking is a challenge on weekends, with the hotel fully booked, as it is shared with the mall and a popular live music venue (there is no enforcement on their reserved parking). The worst flaw was the fruit drinks were consistently watered down - really watered down and they served bacon only on Wednesdays. Staff are very friendly.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful except the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast at all Hamptons has become dismal. The scrambled eggs are barely edible, and the bacon, if available, is literally paper thin and stiff as a board. The little folded egg omelets are still decent, but not great. With just a little more investment in a decent quality breakfast, I would have given five stars in all departments.

Second time me and my crew have stayed here, 20 rooms spread out over the weeks, and it has been awful both times. There is no parking, don't even attempt to find a spot during the day. They have made excuses to enter every persons room every single day. Mandatory cleanings, check the wifi, wash the windows, replace the TV, spray the base-boards, unending calls every day for packages that arrive. We work at night, we expressly told them, and remind them daily, to let us sleep. If we are too exhausted to work, which we are at that point, the island loses electricity. When we make national headlines, for the island going dark, we will let them know exactly why. Stay away.

It was a good experience. I started here for two weeks. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and outdoor mall. Free breakfast every day with plenty to choose from. Rooms were clean and a majority of the staff are very helpful.

Staff is amazing very friendly and Helpful. Just call to ask if okay to check in early which they had open. Breakfast was good, my child was very happy. Room clean and comfortable. However just one night of staying my child and I got a little stuffy meaning coughing, sneezing, and stuffy nose with running nose. Maybe the AC needs cleaning for the ventilation filters but overall enjoy my one night stay.

Service! EVERYONE was friendly and attentive. The entire hotel was clean. Great location away from the crowded Waikiki area but close enough to get to many things. The hotel is located at an outdoor Mall which we was awesome. Breakfast was amazing! Full breakfast and a filtered water machine to fill your water bottle. There was a great fitness center. Clean pool. One off comment…we were there 10 nights. The coffee was great until about halfway in and then it was not. A bit bitter. Not sure why but otherwise no complaints and I’m pretty particular. Would stay again for sure!

Comfortable home base for sightseeing. Breakfast was pretty standard Hampton fare with the addition of POG juice. Liked having a water bottle filler in the breakfast area. Pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most evenings. I had read reviews saying finding parking was difficult but we didn't have any trouble. I thought we would have a microwave in the room, we did not, but there was one available in the breakfast area.

Clean place and nice staff, but it loses a star due to the laundry facilities at this location. It takes $11+ to do a single load of laundry. $1 for fabric softener, $2 for laundry detergent, $3 to wash and $5+ to use the dryer. Yes it took 1 hour and 40+ minutes to semi dry a normal load of laundry at .25 cents for every 5 minutes! My clothes were only 90% dry, but I was tired of feeding the machine. I then laid them out all around my room for a day to get completely dry. This is ridiculous...

Our check-in was great, room was clean and beautiful, location and parking were great. Breakfast was very good too! The pool looked great but we didn't have time to go. The woman who checked us in, I think her name was Sharelle, she was wonderful and absolutely saved our honeymoon by getting us an amazing room last minute when our airbnb fell through. We pulled in, exhausted and discouraged, and she completely changed our outlook!
