We absolutely loved our stay here. We came during a busy time of the year — spring break, spending majority of our time at the adult pool (18+ yo). The thing I’ll remember most about our stay was how friendly the ENTIRE staff was from valet, to the front desk, to all the servers at the pools, even the folks at the spa and for the hotel activities. The poolside drinks and food exceeded my expectations. I’m fact, we ate at Noe and Mina’s and would have rather ate by the pool instead. We also did the stand up paddle board in the lagoon and the sail + scuba and just loved it — highly recommend the sail + scuba. We overheard a family from the Disney resort say the four seasons was not a family friendly resort and I beg to differ. Although we didn’t have kids with us, we saw a lot of other families with kids and they appeared to be having a wonderful time. Oh, and if you get a massage, get the warrior massage and try to book with Bronson. I had an incredible experience and would definitely see him again - his hands are magical.

I came for the spa and dinner only, and loved my experience. The spa attendees were very accommodating when I called and scheduled my services and were very helpful on-site as well. The pool at the spa is quiet and pretty (no view of the ocean), and my services were phenomenal (massage and facial). The view at the restaurant is superb and the food and service were both great. I would absolutely come here again!

We had a good time on a business trip here. Our room, on one of the higher floors, had a great view. The staff was very friendly. The food was ok with only some gluten-free options. The artificial beach was convenient but modes, is a bit small and can get busy, nevertheless we had no trouble finding chairs. There's not much going on on this side of the island so we did rent a car to explore. The Disney resort proximity can be a little loud. . Seals visit often the wilder beach north of the resort.

Where do I begin? This place was just magical. I have stayed at 5 start resorts all around the world including top rated ones such as Aman and nothing comes close to the service provided here. The welcome experience, the discounted room upgrades, and the service was just top notch. Sure the elevators etc were a tad old - but between the view and the service I was blown away. I stayed over Christmas and it was perfect. Not crowded and just everything was perfect. They even baked Christmas cookies and delivered to every room. I was blown away at how we were treated. I usually stay in Waikiki but decided to stay on the quiet side and I enjoyed it. Sure - there are kids next door to the Disney -but they didn't really bother me too much. The beach service was top notch as well. I will be staying here again just because how well every single department treated us. Everything we needed were right at our finger tips. Blown away - a great vacation.

My recent four-night stay at Four Seasons Oahu was nothing short of exceptional. The resort’s location is breathtaking, offering stunning ocean views right from the comfort of our beautifully appointed suite. The amenities provided were plentiful, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience throughout our stay. The staff at Four Seasons Oahu deserves special mention for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to the overall positive atmosphere. The culinary offerings were superb, with each meal, especially the breakfast, exceeding our expectations. The hotel’s decor was meticulously chosen, reflecting elegance and harmony with its surroundings. Additionally, the coffee shop on the premises was remarkable, serving an impressive selection of beverages that became a daily highlight for us. Overall, our experience at Four Seasons Oahu was unforgettable, combining the beauty of nature with impeccable service and facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway.

Absolutely adore this resort! The location in Ko Olina is so convenient, and the adult pool is a new haven for relaxation. The newly designed rooms are in fantastic condition, and the daily breakfast, included with our room, was a fresh and delightful start. With many nice restaurants nearby, the surroundings felt both nice and safe. Perfect for sunset views and early morning walks. The gym and spa were top-notch, and the professional check-in/out process added to the luxurious feel. Can’t wait for a return visit to unwind in this not-crowded paradise!

I very much agree with the most recent review from SP. This hotel is good But not great. For the price you are paying, I had higher expectations. There are so many other wonderful resorts out there that I felt was worth the dollar value and this Oahu Four Seasons wasn’t it. The location is good with stunning ocean views and maybe that’s where the $$ is going but the hotel itself is slightly above average. Service is about average, nothing memorable. I would even suggest that the resort offer more diversity training for their staff. We were called different names twice (Mr./Mrs. - insert Asian last name). We were given a bill from Another table of guests who were also of Asian background. We were asked if we requested (X) when it was another Asian guest. I would not call this 5 star service. The restaurants are good to slightly above average, but there is literally a $$ amount on everything. $7 if you want room service delivered, $10 If you want fresh juice not pressed, every activity had a $ amount. Also, we received an introductory email that a luau was planned on certain date which we planned our schedule around. On the day of we tried to get more information so that we could figure where we needed to go only to find out they moved it to a different day. We later realized they planned a private event for the intended space. Again, I would not consider this 5 star service.

We definitely recommend the adult pool if you want to be away from all the kids, it's 18+. You have to come here the Buffet is amazing and again so is the service! Thank Four Seasons Staff for making our trip so Magical! 💙

Can't say enough good. Celebrated a birthday and wedding anniversary here and wow! The staff made a big deal of it. Drinks and treats in the room before we arrived. The restaurants and accommodations were outstanding. The VIEWS! We stayed beach side and I couldn't even stand to be inside the room. The rooms are gorgeous but the outside views are to die for. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind. Thanks, Four Seasons!

This place is exceptional. If you want a slice of Hawaiian extravagance, this is the place to do it. It has the traditional Four Seasons vibe. There's definitely an air of elegance. Four Seasons is known for many things. Including the fact that it is $$$$, but you already know that. How it started: from the valet at the front entrance and every step after, the team was at your service. Polite and eager to help. How it went: outdated opulence. I often wonder about hotels like this. How a completely open concept hotel remains cool, how a signature scent is noticeable, how the team seems to know exactly what you need, and are happy to help. How it ended: a day at Four Seasons is a treat. If you have the chance, take it. I would recommend it, and I would return

One of the nicest hotels you can find. Amazing hospitality and clean rooms. Easy access to the beach. Convenient coffee bar in the lobby. Cool little koi pond in front. Hotel staff is super-friendly. Can't say enough about how professional they were during our stay. The restaurants on the property are excellent. Shops and other restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful resort! There is nowhere else on the island I would stay. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere you go in the resort and housekeeping is stellar. The spa is expansive with all the amenities you could ask for and the prenatal massage I received was top notch. The adult infinity pool was our go to hang out spot and is absolute paradise. The beach area is pristine and wasn't crowded the entire week we were there, and was far less busy than the Disney area. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We planned our trip here for a baby-moon and we were greeted with congratulations, chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling water, and even a body pillow for me to get better sleep. Thank you for such a lovely stay, Four Seasons Oahu!

Great resort. All restaurants are good. Service is great. Rooms are great. Pools are good (there is also an adult-only pool). Beautifully located at probably the best beach on the entire island.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! I was literally hugging the staff the day I checked out. Their customer service is unmatched in the industry and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms are clean and they offer housekeeping in the morning as well as turn down service at night. Each day at the pool we enjoyed poolside services and were constantly being checked on. Every person who works at this resort is friendly and caring and I felt like they were my actual friends by the end of my 10 day stay. Special shout out to Cameron at the front desk and Heidi at the poolside bar. They were exceptional!!! I cannot say enough good things about this resort. I cannot wait to go back and visit.

Always a good time at the four seasons. The housekeeper even tied my phone charging cables with organizers. The attention to details is what sets the difference between the four seasons and a regular five star hotel

One of better Four Seasons I have stayed around the globe. All resort felt very new, like what you would expect from 5 star hotel. All the staff were friendly and I took the private charter boat for family snorkel, it was wonderful experience. Great for family vacation. We will return again for sure!

The Resort is beautiful. The service is great. One of the nicest rooms we have ever had. There was a mistake made when we checked in and management made it right and then some. I would stay here again and would recommend this Resort to my friends and family.

Four Seasons Resort Oahu is absolute magic. My partner and I were there to celebrate an anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the celebration was special. The resort has some incredible restaurants including Mina’s fish house, NOE, and La Hiki. The food at each restaurant was amazing. We only wish we could have stayed longer to be able to try every dish. The resort has a private lagoon as well as 3 pools. We spent most of our time at the adult pool where the team helped us get chairs and provided drink and food service throughout our time at the pool. We will be regular retuning guests to Four Seasons Oahu. Four seasons is a brand that stands for customer service and they excelled at this during our stay.

One of the most amazing resorts we have ever stayed at. We were visiting for our honeymoon and the staff was beyond phenomenal. The food was delicious and the facilities were outstanding. We would recommend this place to anyone considering visiting Oahu. Avoid the crowds in Honolulu and stay here. You won’t be disappointed…thank you for everything FSOahu!

Amazing location. Stunning views. Incredible adults-only section. Beautiful calm lagoon. As a great man once said... ’We don't like to say it's perfect… but it's pretty perfect'. But the service is what makes the biggest impression. This resort offers the finest service I've ever experienced, and the last hotel I stayed at was the Ritz in DC, so the bar was set high from the beginning. The staff here have exceeded all my expectations and I'm known as one of those guests who demands a high level of service at a minimum. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm enjoying it so much I extended my stay an extra week. Worth every dime and then some. You can't go wrong staying at Four Seasons in Ko Olina.

I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff is incredible. From the valet to the concierge to the front desk, and house keeping, they were all so great. My wife and I actually were staying at this hotel when we eloped and got married and they made our experience the best we could have asked for. Even the housekeeper told us congrats when we were walking down the hall(4 days after we got married). She just knew who we were. The level of service here is top notch, you wont be disappointed

The four seasons allows the public to access the shore which is super nice. I snagged this photo while visiting the shoreline. I imagine that there is some great snorkeling here. I think that monk seals can be seen on occasion in this area. The resort it really clean and nice looking.

By far one of our favorite Four Season resorts! Breathtaking views from our corner suite on the 14th floor! The staff and concierge have all been so welcoming and gracious! Room is well appointed! When we arrived we had a beautiful display of fresh fruit, champagne on ice, and a lovely card from the team welcoming us.

Fantastic place! The resort staff is amazing, especially Nathan (bell station), Mike (concierge), and James/Zach (our canoe/outrigger dudes) We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to coming back soon. Immaculate facilities, food and the scenery is very much wow!

Nice location, slightly dated but spacious resort. It’s good but not great for a four seasons. Service was a bit of a hit and miss. We did hear cost of living was pretty high and the natives couldn’t afford a decent lifestyle and this reflected how some staff were bit pushy to get higher tips (25%). Although I appreciate the tipping culture and sympathize their situation, the hotel should look after their staff well enough that the burden or pressure of high percentage tipping shouldn’t be forced upon the guests. The guest should be able to freely enjoy and leave the customary tip (20-22%) accordingly.

Amazing stay here! We have been to Oahu many times, but first time staying at Ko Olina. We definitely made a great choice to stay at four seasons. Everything is just perfect! We had a waterfront king room, superb ocean view from the room! Also quite a few different dining options, tried all of them, and they are all very good. If there is one thing they can improve, I hope it’s their in room dining, a bit of mediocre compared to their restaurants.

This is a fantastic Four Seasons location. The staff, such as JR the bellman, Junior at the beach, and Zach at the bar embody the Four Seasons’ commitment to excellent service. The food is tasty and gluten-free friendly, as they have gluten free burger buns and various options at the Sushi restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast buffet has gluten free muffins. I highly recommend this location.

Simply put, if you are looking for a high end resort/hotel situation in Hawaii for your vacation, honeymoon, or anniversary, look no further. My wife and I enjoyed six nights here and were very pleased with the service, quality, and location of the resort. The pools are fabulous as well as the lagoon. The restaurants on premises are convenient and the food is solid. Our only issue came about when a loud group was located on a floor directly below us but the front desk (shoutout to Cam!) took care of us quickly and solved the issue. We absolutely will come back someday.

Not a bonvoy property, so no points to earn’. The property and grounds were beautiful. Stayed there for 6 days. Food was NOT good for the money, we had breakfast/lunch buffet as a group event. Dinner was better. Area was remote, 1 hour to Waikiki,

This is by far the best hotel my family and I ever stayed in! Everything was perfect! Cameron at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and was very detailed in giving us information about the hotel! And was upfront about the taxes we had to pay for the hotel! The services were very organized and it was easy to get a reservation at Mina Fish House through Open Table or simply talking to a representative there at the restaurant! The food was very good! Breakfast at Noe was great too! The pool services was organized and efficient! The room my family and I stayed in was outstanding and well maintained! The hotel is pricey but it is worth it if you are looking for great services. No other hotel is better than the Four Seasons in this area! Don’t waste your money next door at Disney! Four Seasons is the best place to be!

The quality, the cleanliness, the service, the staff (housekeeping, concierge, hawaiian ocean adventures for all sports stuff) were all exceptional. We got engaged at the Four Seasons Oahu and my fiancé got the help of Michelle from concierge team in finding a great photographer Michelle Jolst (who helped him plan the secret beach sunset proposal). Warm congratulations from the staff, little details of housekeeping that makes you feel at home. Front desk was very kind to upgrade us to an Oceanfront view for our special occasion. Be fully aware that the price you are paying is only for a room and a few complimentary activities. We wish that there were more affordable food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food and drinks are very very expensive so you might need to explore outside Ko Olina for food options. Shoutout to Zac (capt of Hawaiian Ocean Adventures and the team), Michelle, Keanu, Sage, some staff that we remembered dearly during our stay!

Best hotel ever! & hotel of my choice forever! The four seasons has it all amazing service and they go above and beyond for the guests (my hubby and I) their properties are exceptionally maintained, the property in Maui and in a Oahu have lush landscape and beautiful styled rooms with all the comforts you could possibly need, and the restaurants are five star that serve fresh delicious offerings. The extra little touches that they provide complementary fruit cups at the pool and ice water with amazing service. The staff is always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable have everything you need are friendly and want to make your stay is everything you want it to be and more. This was my husband’s first time experiencing The Four Seasons and he is now a believer he knows why I love this hotel so much it’s worth every penny!

My fiancé & I always love it here. I was raised on Oahu & this is one of our favorite spots to hide away at & have friends/family come to meet us for a meal. The staff is so friendly & professional. The cabanas are romantic & amazing. Great service. Every time! Look forward to making it back to you.

Had a wonderful time at the resort. Really bright and minimalist aesthetic, but wonderful landscaping and the adult-only infinity pool was fantastic. Rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. A bit on the bland side in terms of decor - I'd prefer wood floors throughout, rugs instead of carpet, and a bit more color or character to match the luxury of the rest of the resort, but not a deal breaker. Staff was really kind and welcoming, and service was great! Would love to see a romantic/quiet late night spot within the resort to have a nightcap or enjoy the night air, however. Everything closed a bit early.

We have stayed here several times over the years, have always enjoyed it very much, and would continue to return. Personally, we enjoy being away from the downtown and going there when we wish. There are several great restaurants and bars on-site. We are especially fond of the fresh seafood and outdoor experience of Mina's. We appreciate the adult pool as when traveling without kids and getting some well-deserved quiet time to decompress is essential. People here have always been friendly and very helpful.
