We went in tonight friendly staff we paid 96 bucks for soggy seafood. It couldn't even be cracked with the crackers the butter was flavorless with chunks of massive raw garlic no salt what so ever. We could tell it was already sitting in the back waiting for someone to order that meal because right after we ordered she brought it out it was Luke warm. The imitation crab dip app was absolutely flavorless served with a sleeve of Ritz crackers which had the most flavor out of everything we ordered. Glad we did not bring our kids we definitely left hungry

Unexpectedly awesome restaurant that I found because we just wanted to get some shrimp close to our hotel. Came in with no expectations but left really surprised, happy, and full. We had various things on the menu... The butter Garlic Shrimp was very good and tasted fresh. Also tried the Pupu Steak, Korean Chicken, and burger which were all really fantastic especially considering none of these are the main features of the restaurant. The service was also fantastic and our waitress was super nice and we loved talking with her. Must check this place out if you're in the mood for shrimp or just a good restaurant!

My all time favorite place for seafood. There is also a lot to choose from for those who unfortunately are allergic to shellfish or those who don't like it (I can't relate). Get the pupu lobster. And the pupu steak. And garlic fries. Oh and you NEED to get the cajun sauce to drown your choice of seafood in. Just get everything. Also, our server Ash was the best! Timing on everything was on point and always made sure my son and I had everything we needed.

Listen...this is the first review I've ever posted of any place but I was SO DISGUSTED. Found LEECH EGGS on the snow crab leg. It was on almost every single leg. Went into the restaurant and was told that this is commonplace and they just serve it how they bought it...yes with leech eggs on the legs. Went back and they denied me a refund and just left me standing there...I get that yes crabs legs get leech eggs on it but it was absolutely horrendous just how much eggs where on it. Do not come here unless you enjoy having the leech eggs on your evening meal.

Excellent customer service, food was delicious( seafood was cooked to perfection), the Korean chicken was delicious, my toddler loves his food, and the waitress was amazing. Positive vibe as soon as you walked into the door. Great price and will be going back again.

1 word: HUSTLE. We visited on a Friday night. We knew it would be busy so the expectation is already set. We sat down and the ladies out front are absolutely workin! The dedication they showed to customer service is what prompted this review. We got our food and noticed it was a little short on the combo we ordered. We spoke to the host and she spoke with the kitchen who then gave us ANOTHER combo on the house to make it right. I don’t write this review to note the shortfalls but to highlight just how amazing the staff is from front to back. This place is absolutely packed and they still find the time to go above and beyond for their customers. This is why I only come here to scratch the cajun itch. By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and will praise them to whomever needs to hear it. Oh, and the food is always amazing. A+++

Seafood feast with hospitality! We loved this local place. Staff very friendly and food was great. We had a large group and the had a large serving for us. Try a place off the tourist path. You may find another local spot just as good.

I gave this restaurant two stars for the great customer service and convince of making a reservation. However to be truthful the food was way over priced! It also seemed there was only one chief and he could make one thing at a time because the food came out one at a time so my family didn't really eat together. The food did not have a good taste for various reasons including too salty, previously frozen and just too greasy. I would not recommend this place. Sorry to the staff because they look like they try really hard!

The atmosphere here is so vibrant, and the food is out of this world! Amazingly fresh food, and the most attentive and friendly service I've experienced on the island. My wait staff was wonderful to work with; they were polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we required and desired. will most certainly be returning as frequently as I am able to!

1st time here and everything was delicious.. We had a huge party and we tried some of everything off the menu. From the Pupu Lobster, Lobster roll, shrimp burger, Spicy Poke bowl, garlic fries and seafood broils. Everyone was pleasantly pleased with their meals and services. Our server named was Wayne I do believe, he pretty much took care of our whole party by himself and did an excellent job. My one and Only complaint were the drinks 🍸 I had the water my melon, my aunts had margaritas and we tasted No liquor at all basically just juice. That's literally my only complaint about the crabshack. Good thing we were there for the food and not the drinks. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. I would definitely eat here again while in Kapolei 👍👍👍

Wow! What a hidden gem. Down to earth good food good vibes zero pretense. Our waitress Yvonne 100% brought the experience from great to spectacular, what a sweetheart - professional and so full of aloha. Her son did a great job bussing as well. We now want to try to make a point of coming here when we’re next on island, hopped over for the day from our home Big Island for some shopping and good food. :-)

We stopped here in July 2023 at 2pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not busy but it was not a normal time for lunch. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient and answered our questions without hesitation. The special’s board listed a Lobster Roll that was not on the menu so we decided to split one (2 people). The roll was grilled and buttered then filled with chopped lobster meat (2 tails!). This was not lobster salad, there was no filler - just lobster meat. The sauce was served on the side which my wife was very happy about because she could control the amount on her sandwich. We got the Cajun fries with the sandwich and I really liked them. This was a great lunch!

Seafood here is well seasoned. Staff here was ok. Sautéed mushrooms were cut small and lacked flavor. Didn't like their take on Korean chicken. Cajun fries are tasty and seasoned well. Sunset Pupu Steak was extremely hard and tough with no flavor. They did have poi, but the portion is about 1/3 cup and extremely diluted. Kids didn't like their meals, and we ended up throwing them away. On our first visit, soda had free refills, but on our second visit, we were charged per glass. Upon asking, we were told it depends on our server

Thankful that our front desk lady told us about this hidden gem! The shrimp burger was out of this world! Even though my little lady was exhausted, she still managed to finish it. We also got the pupu lobster which was also very good.

Fun place to hang out, have a drink, and enjoy amazing fresh seafood. Our waitress (wish I asked her name) was amazing and friendly and fun to talk to. Had the best freshest spicy ahi bowl, and shared the combo 3 which was plenty of food and very tasty. Definitely come here!
