One of the best Poke and hawaiian food spots in Waipahu. There is a long line but totally worth it.

One of the best places to get poke in my opinion. Service was really fast and friendly. It says 9am on Saturday but when I get there at 0845 they already had a line and it was open. The line moves faster than you think and you need to get there early if you want certain things. Only one bad thing, parking sucks if you don’t get there early so just a warning! Would go back anytime!

Good food, local service which is awesome! Small shop with merchandise, drinks, poke, local finger foods like musubi, fried chicken, ahi patties. There was a line but worth the wait. There was also desserts, we tried the Haupia ube squares which was delicious!

Stopped to go to 7/11 and parked in front and saw that is was on Food Network and best rated HI. Blown away by the deliciousness of the Ube pie!! Husband loved the tuna poke and tempura shrimp. Quick, friendly service. Will try cone sushi before we depart the island. This place is a gem!

Best Poke I’ve had! We got the Ahi Limu and Volcano Poke bowl. I’m always afraid of poke with lots of sauce as I get the impression they’re trying to cover up un-fresh fish. This was definitely not the case as each piece of fish was delicious and quality (no tendon pieces). Service was also top notch! We wanted to buy the poke and have it for lunch a couple hours later. The staff proceeded to give us big bags of ice to keep the poke fresh in the back of our car. It was our favourite poke during our trip. We tried 4 places and our ranking is as follows (please refer to my other reviews for details): 1. Tanioka 2. Alicias Market 3. Maguro Bros 4. Ono Seafood

The quality was good overall, but the catering was not up to my expectations. Pictured is $600 of trays supposedly for 80 people but I could have eaten half one sushi tray by myself. It was a little embarrassing and had to supplement with Costco ready made food. I wouldn’t return here unfortunately and am pretty disappointed.

Best Poke I have ever had. The sushi rice is the best, and any fish you choose will be delicious

As tourists in a local spot, we were greeted warmly. The gents working the counter were so kind and enthusiastic about the variety of foods to try. Locals were happy to share their favorites with us too! Everything was absolutely out of this world delicious. I hope we can visit again!

We've been going here for decades. Do expect a long line. Kitchen cooked items stop at 100pm. Things do run out so the earlier you go the better.

One of the best poke places on the island for sure. We ordered onion limu ahi, and alae ahi. Both were great, just the right amount of seasoning. The fish was firm and fresh. We came at around 9:30am and there was a huge line, so expect to wait ~30 minutes to get your food here.

The line was long a little (line outside the door with about 6 people in front) after 1pm on the weekend, but it went quickly. Impressed with the efficiency and the quality of the food. It's sort of a mix been okazuya (choose multiple ready items) and plate lunch style ordering. And you can get poke by the pound or as a bowl. A lot of different choices of poke. Enjoyed the quick stop here on the way back into town.

Some of the best poke that I’ve tried on the Island with original and unique styles. This was a first for cuttlefish/ahi poke. Everything else that I tried was excellent as well -from the cold noodles to the ahi patty (very tender) I will be back !!!

There’s a reason there’s a line out the door even if it’s in an industrial area next to the freeway. The seafood is FRESH, and the poke is amazing. We ordered the Tako (highly recommend - best on the island), Limu Ahi (seaweed makes it a bit more salty), and regular Ahi. Make sure you order the sushi rice! The vinegar is great, and I could eat the rice by itself. They also sell lots of cute merchandise. Their marketing team is on point. Unfortunately they ran out of ube tarts. Maybe next time. Definitely worth the wait and return visit.

This was our first stop after the airport and it did not disappoint. We came for the poke and it was truly exceptional. I liked that both the spicy ahi and spicy salmon pokes were not drenched in mayo, as it sometimes is elsewhere and you can’t taste the fish anymore. The ahi limu w/ onion was the standout favorite! Really clean flavor, slight heat, perfect texture. We got the poke bowl on sushi rice, which i would not advise next time (it was VERY sweet from the mirin). We also tried some of the okazuya and let’s just say stick to the poke. When we went the fresh poke was $29/lb and 100% worth the price.

We were really happy we made the time to come over here. The space is definitely busy but worth the wait, plus the line goes quickly. We ended up getting lumpia, fried shrimp and the alae & spicy tuna poke to go and headed to one of the west side beaches for lunch. Everything was delicious!

Ordered Garlic Chicken in a pan for a Potluck at nearby Waipio Soccer field. I called in the day of, but lady on the phone was very helpful. She checked with the kitchen crew and made it happen. Phone order pick up was nice and easy. You can park the designated parking and they come out and bring your order. (Pre-paid on the phone is required.) Great service and very yummy food. Everyone at the potluck was happy with it!

Poke melts in mouth so fresh! Order with sushi rice! Tip: call in your order to Tanioka's to avoid waiting in the 30-45 min line. There's always a line but if you order/pay ahead then you don't have to wait. But if you’ve never been maybe wait in line to go in to see what they have. You cant just walk in you have to wait in line. Everything is good though! Worth the wait!!

Stopped by here to grab some food to take to the beach. There was a line out the door by the time I got there but the line moves pretty quick. The workers and cashiers there were super friendly despite the long line going on. There are a ton of different food options to choose from. I ended up choosing the 2 item combo with the pork belly and steak in Hawaiian bbq sauce, some poke, fried chicken and garlic fried chicken. The food wasn’t fancy but tasted like simple home style flavors. I think the stand outs for me was the fried chicken, garlic fried chicken and poke. I’d probably skip the combo next time and just choose different foods in the case next time. Will definitely be back to try out some of the other foods.

Aloha, great food for sure but it has changed so much into more of a tourist spot. Never have any locals when I went and the line was long and they took for ever to service everyone. The prices are insane $35 for lbs of tako poke is crazy. While I have always loved going here when I was younger I won't be going here again in future.

I like Alicia's market poke better, but they do have some other options. I didn't like the salmon tomato side they add onto certain bowls. It was too fishy for my taste. If you have one place to choose for poke, go Alicia's.

Long line but it's worth it. Hawaii bowl is a must eat. Onion Luma Tuna is so fresh and juicy. Luau pig is delicious. But all are a bit too salty, perfect for the rice though. Fried chicken is only good when it comes freshly out of the fried oil. Overall very good value and portion. 如果你喜欢吃 POKE 一定要来这家。夏威夷碗必点。
