Dawn, the cashier that works here, was the most professional and sweetest woman we have ever come across on island. Always smiling, always working hard. She made our L&L experience 10x greater! Thanks Dawn!

If I could I would give 0 star, this was the worst thing I had to put in my mouth I threw my food away. What a disappointment smh. I ordered the shrimp fried rice with the Chinese sausages and got just shrimp fried rice the front lady says it was too late to give me the sausages because they gave me too much shrimp already lol…. So business was horrible. Also there’s no restroom, you need to walk out side far away with the key. There was a total of 6 of us and all was terrible to eat. So heads up please do not order the spring rolls sweet and sour sauce is watered down. Save your self and go to Loco moco the food there was AMAZING. You’re welcome

Looking for some local flavor? Then check out one of the L&L BBQ joints on Oahu. It’s a local chain restaurant with consistent flavor and quality. There are TONS of choices for everyone to choose from. They have a “healthier” menu but I wouldn’t necessarily classify it as “healthy.” In any regards, all of their food is good. There really is sooo much to choose from, so I like the fact that they have pictures of every menu item on the walls to help you choose. I finally figured out what I wanted, and it was the Loco Moco (about $10). You can choose from two different sizes - regular or large. I went for the regular which included two beef patties on top of a bed of rice, smothered in brown gravy, with macaroni salad on the side. The regular size was PLENTY of food to eat. It was good, but just not a lot of seasoning or flavor to it. Each entree is served in a styrofoam to go container. Parking at this location can be difficult. It’s in a very busy shopping strip.

I got the seafood platter. Macaroni salad was good. There fried stuff was ok. My wife's soup was awesome. And many of the other dishes I saw looked phenomenal. The staff were also very friendly.

L&L was decent in a pinch. There was a wide selection of foods on the menu, reminding me of a Chinese restaurant. Many were taking out food, but there were quite a few tables to sit at inside the restaurant. The pork and cabbage was excellent- definitely recommend.

They will combo anything if you ask. Always a good go to if you don't know what to eat, they have almost every local food.

Not the same as I remember when I was a kid. Ate here for my birthday lunch and went home sick in the bathroom for hours. Almost ruined me going out for dinner. Worst Mac Salad on the island. Too vinegary. Really dissapointed its gone down hill

Kind of pricey.Good size portions on all plates for the price.taste really good on weekdays went there on weekend and the weekend cook like to burn your food and they serve it to you taste burnt .I always go on weekdays to order food cook is awesome always tasty the only bad thing is the paper plate eating at returant is good but your take out plate falls apart before you get home didn’t even get to eat even the straws all fell apart in plastic bag doesn’t make sense plastic bag but you can take home paper plate

HORRIBLE! Experience….. ordered the Beef curry mix plate. The vegetables were uncooked,rock hard! It was my first time.Took it back. Got my refund. Will never go there again.

The Hong Kong crispy chicken was horrible. I threw my expensive plate in the trash!

Food - Chicken Katsu is a staple on the island and one of the most popular dishes. The Katsu sauce is my favorite on the island. I didn’t particularly like the Mac salad which is funny because how do you mess that up. Seemed like there was way too much pepper in it. The fried noodles were delicious and so was the teriyaki beef on it! Staff - I try not to review staff because depending on the day and time of year, it could change but it was average. Atmosphere - It’s like the fast food of local style food. Quick and easy when you need something on the go. Regular and Mini style plates however even the mini plates are quite large. This particular location felt a little run down and didn’t seem as clean as I would expect. Overall, the food is good and fills you up!

Heard there was a new owner and chef. Did not disappoint. The chicken katsu was super crispy and juicy. Highly recommend

The Double Cheeseburger Was REALLY GOOD!! 🤤😋 The Beef Stew Was Pretty good, The Lady At The Register Wasn't Very Friendly or Welcoming. I Went Around 4:10pm
