This is my 7th time to this wonderful and beautiful resort. The suites are large and has everything that you would need for a prolonged stay. The staff is always friendly and hospitable. The pool is one of my favorites from any other place I’ve ever been. There are several pools all with different amenities. Volleyball, basketball, slide, beach entry and even a quiet pool for adults. When you want a little ocean action head down to the lagoon to float, swim or snorkel. Ultimately this is an amazing place to experience Hawaii.

Nice location but hotel is a little dated. The beaches are man-made lagoons. Good thing is that it's protected from the rough water outside. Drawback is that the lagoon water is murky and has no fish to see. Beyond the lagoons, water is rough and not suitable for snorkeling or swimming. This hotel is okay for a stay but not the best as a Marriott vacation club primary location. It's nice for one visit but not enough to repeat. Food at the restaurant and eateries are average but expect to pay high price for it, which is normal for the location it is in.

Always enjoy staying here. Especially if you want to escape the city of waikiki. It's quiet, has four great man made lagoons with beautiful grass and an amazing trail if you want to run or walk. They have 3 nice pool areas along with seven hot tubs available. Nice sand pool for the kids to play in as well. There is also restaurants near by including monkey pod. An ABC store is located in the shopping center as well. 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. We've stayed there with and without kids and have always had the best time. The lagoons are great for kids because the waves aren't too big. Other hotels seem so crowded around the pool but not here. There are 4 different pools, one connecting to a sand entry kids pool and we have never had a problem finding sun beds. There are daily exercise classes and kids activities. The on site store has just about anything you need or have forgotten to bring. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Big thanks to Victoria at the check-in desk who went above and beyond customer service on our last trip!

The best resort I've stayed at in Hawaii. I had a 1 bedroom villa with kitchen. Very large, beautiful and comfortable room. The pools were clean with plenty of seats. The hotel grounds were well kept. The hotel was along a lagoon with path which made it great for walking with the stroller and taking a run. There were grassy areas as well so we were able to have a picnic at sunrise and sunset

A wide range of room options from studios to two bedroom villas with full kitchen and laundry. Service is not incredible but fine. Multiple pools for kids or adults and nice gym inclusive of a spa with treatments. Two restaurants on site but nothing open after 10:00 including the market so plan accordingly. Good beach set up with a variety of chairs / cabanas available to rent. They can book up quickly so plan accordingly. Luau was nice for families and tons of kids activities.

Spent a week with my kids at this resort and i honestly don't have a bad thing to say about it. From our arrival, the customer was some of the best i have ever experienced. It is a beautiful resort that is super kid friendly. Multiple pools for the kids to enjoy and a reflection pool for the grown ups. The lagoon beach out front was perfect for laying out, building sand castles, and just relaxing in the water. There were different activities to keep everyone entertained including an outdoor movie night. My only real issue with this resort is that it's on Oahu, so any time you venture off property there is horrible traffic. I would highly recommend this resort!

Where to start!? I've really really enjoyed this resort. All amenities are within walking distance if not at the resort itself. Pools, access to the ocean lagoons, fresh seafood, very kind staff, the list goes on! Watching the sunset or taking an early morning swim are some of the relaxing things we do here. A true tropical paradise! Enjoy!

Beat place in Oahu. Truly a wonderful place. We’ve owned for 20 years and never regretted it. Come with family or spend a romantic weekend. It’s all here. Food, sunsets and more. Get a massage or just experience the sunsets galore. Even rain won’t ruin the trip.

This place was about as close to perfection as possible. The view from the room overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had excellent, modern appliances. The pools were beautiful and the beach was pristine with very fine sand. Location was ideal, with multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Service was top notch. If you're looking to go to a Luau, the one on premises is excellent, so no need to look further. You can't go wrong here.

We had a largely positive experience here. The property is lovely and well maintained, and the restaurants are good, if pricey (especially Longhi's). The beach is beautiful. The service was always responsive and excellent. We had booked a one-bedroom villa (these are also used by "owners" in Marriott's timeshare program), with a "mountain view." But the one they gave us had a view of the parking lot; no mountains. When we complained, they quickly moved us to one with the appropriate view. A nice, large, clean, well-maintained unit, as described online. I did not give them 5 stars for service because we were unpleasantly surprised and disappointed by the 10am checkout time -- unreasonably early, in my book, especially at those prices. They refused to give us late checkout because the unit "was needed for check-in the next day" -- though check-in is not till 4pm. I understand the staffing issues these days, but again, at these prices that should not be the customer's problem. Smaller point, but worth noting: We liked our massages in the Spa's outdoor massage tents, but they would be more enjoyable away from the noisy swimming pools and closer to the beach, as I've had at some resorts.

No housekeeping or room services and no fun activities for adults after 9 pm like music. Pull out couch super hard. Didn't find out this resort is a time share and you only get housekeeping when you call front desk and make a request like being out of toilet paper. Beautiful landscaping and view of lagoon and ocean was fantastic.

We had a great time staying here. We also stayed at Aulani the first part of the week and my son said he liked this hotel better. He is a hot tub maniac, and I believe there were at least 7 private hot tubs on the property. The kids loved the larger room and balcony too. Their favorite was the pool with the sand which was warmer than the ocean.

I recently stayed at the Marriott hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great views, fair prices, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the rooms felt a bit dated. The on-site restaurants were good, but the market had limited options. On the plus side, you can find groceries on site, which is convenient. There was some construction happening at one of the pools, leading to crowding at the open pool, but overall, I had a great stay and will definitely return.

We loved our stay so much we added a few more days. Unfortunately our 1 bedroom and full kitchen room wasn’t available but we still liked the guest room. Our room was clean and had everything we requested. Beach view from our room was beautiful. Stayed here for a little more than a week and my toddlers loved it. The beach was perfect for our babies to play in and we also did captains show which was very good! The restaurant on the property was very yummy and had very good calamari and the clam pasta was my favorite. Service was great everywhere on the property. The pool side food was not our favorite so we just ordered to go from the restaurant.

Of all the Lagoon resorts, definitely the winner! The design and layout was planned extremely well. No part of the resort feels crowded or uncomfortable. Plenty of space with 3 separate pools, all different vibe. The beach area is well situated and is not crammed with umbrellas and lounge chairs unlike the Disney Aulani resort.

Sadly this will be my last stay here. Unfortunately we are here until Sunday. Issues: 1. Upon arrival bellhops stood there and watched us struggle with luggage. Made eye contact then one person decided to ask if we wanted a cart. I had a $20 bill in my hand for a tip. We have a lot of luggage. 2. Stepped into room onto a gritty/sandy floor. 3. Kleenex box had been filled with the leftover napkins from several other rooms. That is unsanitary and disgusting! Some of the pieces had nail prints from housekeeping stuffing the unused portions of Kleenex in the box. 4. I always bring Clorox wipes, and boy I’m glad I did. The light kit from Amazon showed copious amounts of bodily fluid on the counters, floor, and around toilet. I did a DEEP cleaning. 5. I am well traveled, and am used to being stared at as a black woman. One of the employees followed me today until I stopped and stared her down. She wanted to make sure I am a registered guest. —Registered? Yes —Guest? No. I don’t feel like a guest. The Four Seasons would NEVER treat me like this. Hopefully the next three days will be better.

Beautiful location, paradise they go out of their way to give you a warm and Friendly Aloha. ❤ Pools are very nice and clean, lots of chairs to relax poolside, these are free to use. Beach- very nice and clean, chairs with umbrellas are $40.00 per day and the cabanas are $60.00 per day and they so have beach chairs with no shade, these are free to use. Store on site small and has many last minute items you might need including a Starbucks ,Very nice staff! Parking- plenty of parking no need to worry about finding a spot, you have to pay as with any hotel I think it was $32.00 per day. Restaurants on site are really good! The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Resort is cash less, you can use a credit card or charge to your room. Check in was fast & efficient, they where very nice.

First time here and it was awesome. Short drive from Honolulu Airport yet far enough to feel isolated from the bustling city. Beautiful sunsets from our suite looking over one of the private lagoons towards the pacific ocean. Service was a bit limited due to the lingering pandemic but all things considered this is a wonderful resort.

The resort is beautiful and well kept. Our villa is spacious and has plenty of space for the 7 people. Even the pull out beds are comfortable. The kitchens are equipped with more than enough tools to cook a full meal or a simple snack. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. There are a ton of activities daily for kids and adults. The restaurants are good and the food is delicious and comes out piping hot. The beach is gorgeous and because it’s in a cove there are little to no waves and very calm. You can float in a tube and fall asleep it’s so calm. The pools are refreshing and offer something for everyone. A quiet pool (reflection), a toddler/volleyball pool with a beach sand entry, and another pool with varying levels that has a waterfall, cave and separate slide. The ocean is clear, you can see straight to the bottom. There are fish everywhere as well. It’s amazing! Fabulous resort and worth the trip!

Always the best location. Great Rooms, Great Service The reason for 4 stars vs 5 : the light that should shine on the parking sign to our building is out and the pool table and the cues in the Billiards Room are in extremely poor condition. For a first class resort this is a seriously neglected area and by its condition it’s been neglected for years.

We stayed in a 3 Bedroom unit with 9 people. There were 3 bathrooms and a spacious living space. We loved it. The facility has a nice fitness room with an adjacent sauna and steam room. It was great. It’s the only MVC property that I’ve visited that has such amenities. One of the pool areas is getting remodeled, but the other pool areas were sufficiently large enough for the guests. The service was great and all the hotel attendants were very gracious.

Lovely place, We've come here almost every year for twenty years. Very kid friendly, but sometimes they can be noisy running up and down the hall's. Beware the time share presentation. Very high pressure. Make sure to understand the yearly "maintenance fees"

Little prison on the beach is how we would describe our experience at this property. Firstly, the property is located on one of the artificial lagoons and is a rather large complex of 2K units. Everywhere you go there is a set of rules and overly zealous staff to enforce them. Here are some examples that made our family experience into a miserable one. 1) The Skin Cancer rule: No beach umbrellas are allowed at the property’s beach. The hotel staff will chase you down and will make you take it down. 2) The No Fun Pool rule: No balls, jumping, loud laughters are allowed at the pool area. The staff will chase your kids down for merely passing a beach ball to another kid. 3) 1-hr Public Internet rule: Your public internet is limited to one hour. Forget enjoying a movie or attending a video conference because the network will kick you out. In the end, there are much better options to stay in Oahu. I’d avoid this property and its over zealous rule hungry management company (Marriott Hotel).

I’m trying to be fair. It’s a beutiful location and the pools and grounds are stunning. The food was good but expensive. Our room was spacious but smelled like mildew. It’s definitely a great resort, but very cookie cutter and there isn’t much culture nearby. Lots of babies unattended in the hot tubs. So it’s beutiful, but you are going to be there, not immerse in Hawaiian culture.

Great resort. Free parking self park in tower you stay in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and lagoon. 2 restaurants are both good and nice to have when relaxing by the pool. 45 minutes - 1.5 hours drive to Honolulu depending on traffic. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The studio has a king bed, a small refrigerator with freezer (great for left overs), coffee pot, sink, dishes and microwave. Beautiful sunsets every night from the lagoon area.

It is one of the best vacation club resorts I have been to. Everything was well maintained and super clean. The customer service was top-notch. I'm already planning on coming back soon.

What a fabulous place to stay, super family friendly. Beautiful lagoon with others close by to visit. Shuttels to shopping and other food establishments close by. Clean, friendly with super nice rooms with a balcony. We visited three times, the kitchen is stocked well so we shopped for food and beverages which is only 10 minutes. Sunset cruises from a close by marina, a golf course is across the street. Super safe location away from downtown.

Beautiful property and staff. Really make you feel welcome. only room negative was Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Restaurants and bars were really good. Only negative dining was at the marketplace. It was like pulling teeth to get a coffee with cream in it. They even messed up the order one morning and refused to make it right. Make coffee in your room. It will be a much better experience. You can tell this is not owned by the property. Not the same level of experience or friendliness.

I stayed here 4 years ago and felt like I had a more magical experience than this go -around. The pros: the grounds are lovely, the beach is calm and beautiful. there are plenty of pools with lots of chairs, I enjoyed the exercise classes. The cons: housekeeping never came one day, and for the price you are paying to stay here in a villa, no service should be overlooked. The next day we had a plate of pastries on the counter for breakfast which housekeeping threw away before we got to eat them for breakfast. The guy at the towel hut was difficult about how we didn't have our towel card, which was never explained to us at check in. No one told us about a towel card tucked in amongst the room keys. We were given our VIP package of coupons and when I did the online reservation for the airport private lounge club perk, I was immediately called back to say, "sorry, it's full, you can't use it." The rooms are looking pretty dated at this point. Overall, the stay lacked a little luster as when I was here 4 years ago.

Lots of swimming pools and hot tubs that open until 10pm which is nice. Lagoon is nice and peaceful. Walls for rooms can be thin and pillows are too high and firm; shampoo isn’t great either. Other than that, overall a great stay if you want a resort feel with good pool and private beach. One of the pools has a volleyball net and basketball hoop. You can rent a volleyball or pool ball from them to play

Our stay here was just ok. The resort did have some great amenities. The pool and the activities are fun, and there's plenty to see and do. The grounds and views were beautiful. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly. We have a family of 7, so we had to have 2 rooms and rooms could not be adjoining. The rooms are extremely dated and were dirty. When I asked about why the rooms were so dirty, I was told it was due to covid and they didn't provide daily housekeeping. The couch sinking in and worn out cushions, the filthy carpets- everything was just beyond its expiration date. We asked to come for a time share meeting, and they asked us to invest in them even though they had no plans to invest in the upkeep and maintenance of themselves. I wasn't sold. We had just come from Turtle Bay, where we spent much less and got so much more. We were able to rent a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom that was a true ocean front. They offered daily housekeeping, clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Coming from that to dated for more money made our stay here even less impressive. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

We are a family of 6 with 3 teens and 1 preteen. The pools and amenities are very nice, and the food options and marketplace selections are excellent. The staff is great - very attentive and take care of needs quickly. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rooms really need to be upgraded. The kitchen is tiny (though well stocked with kitchen appliances if you wanted to cook something), the furniture and carpets are old, beat up, and dirty. The mattresses are well used and therefore very uncomfortable. Having a nice room to relax in is really important!
