5 cars in drivethrough waiting, me, and 2 card pulled off to side waiting for food only to find out they closed 50 min early. Worst part was the employees. The woman just ignored me as I waited by the pickup window to see why no one prompted me at the order screen. Than a young man appeared, unlocked the window, and with a huge smile on his face said "we closed". Drove away and snapped a pick as even more cars lined up to eat. Not cool. Not cool at all.

Way overpriced! Especially when they cant even fulfill an order properly. Not to mention the popular items they removed from their menu that is now extremely limited. Do yourself a favor and find a local foodtruck and do not patron taco bell. I would much rather give my money to a local food vendor that i know will appreciate it and i will feel satisfied with my food as opposed to giving my money to an overpriced multi-billion dollar company that will not make my food properly, and give me less than adequate proportions of food for my money.

Shifty service drive thru broken went inside no workers to be seen could here them talking waited 5 mins still nothing than had to yell hello finally they emerge. Stop hiring immigrants and get employees that talk English this is the worse taco bell ever and will not go back

I just love no steak on my double steak grilled cheese burrito 🙃 don't forget the beef on my beef burrito supreme too.

I walked 2 miles to this Taco Bell. When I arrived I talked to the drive-through attendant and they would not serve me because i didn’t not have a car. They actually told me to flag down a security guard patrol car and ask them to drive me through instead of just selling me a couple tacos. The sad thing is I was trying to get some food for a homeless man. Pure laziness.

Doors are always locked. I don't want to use the drive through. I wanna order sit and enjoy. Staff is lazy and filled with attitude.

Drive through taco bell... not much to say. The screens go by too quickly when trying to select food but otherwise just typical fast-food. I feel like it's mostly beams and no meat really even if you ask for more and are willing to pay. But that's the company standard.

Chicken quesadilla was stuck to the wrapper and the rest of the food sucked. Had T-Bell probably 500 times in my life and never seen anything near this bad 👎🏽

They shorted me on the most important ingredients like in the meat and they gave me loads of fries and we melted cheese on it but like the meat and the onions and the tomatoes was really bad and it was warm it wasn't even hot so Taco Bell's not that good

Living in a small town on the mainland, coming to this taco bell was great! But they have a very simple menu, which was fine for us.

Closed before published hours and only drive through was available. No wonder no one has a good paying job here with that work ethic.

Ever since they removed the green onions in the name of political correctness, they've consistently inched their way down the totem pole of fast food. This one in Kihei, even though they moved, is lackluster. When you don't have actual Mexicans making the whitewashed Mexican food, all is lost. That's what you'll find here. Whitewashed, lackluster, and missfire on what's expected. You're in Hawaii. Turn around, leave, and have some moco loco. There's a Mexican word in that at least.

I only ever order hard taco which are hard to mess up, but they mange too at least every fourth order.

It was really nice to get away from the high priced eating that is normally part of a maui trip. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food everywhere. We really liked the nice people behind the counter who really helped us and others quite a bit.

Fast drive thru. The workers are on it. They are always out of the Baja Blast. Ended up ordering the Baja Freeze in a LARGE and it comes in a MEDIUM size cup. It’s the not same size as the regular drinks for some weird reason?? My group ordered a good amount through the drive thru and all I got was the nacho fries for myself but it gave me a sore stomach.

I only went here because they brought the Mexican pizza back! Line moved fast and the food was hot and fresh. Well, as fresh as TB can be.
