I ordered food online directly from the establishments website. I ordered it for myself to pick up. Somehow Hopper shows up on my receipt with fees. Hopper does NOTHING and charges fees! They do nothing and I have fees from ordering online. Makes NO sense! Hopper is a complete rip off!

showed up earlier than stated and hot...Prices were total reasonable and from locations that typically don't deliver. I'm a local and would definitely recommend this service as an alternative to driving yourself via a ride share or even on your own...basically costs the same as the gas that you'd spend to get there. great job! will order from again.

Have been using Hopper Maui since they first opened. Love them! Love to keep things local! Amazing experience tonight! Ordered something hubs and I normally order when we dined in at this restaurant.. Turns out during COVID pandemic they changed the style in which they service this entree.. Looked nothing like what we had expected and Hopper Maui let us make another order in what we had initially expected without charge and issue. Great customer service, driver was super sweet as well! Will continue to refer people to Hopper Maui over the mainland chains!

I have been working with Jacques and his drivers for the past month in efforts to provide disaster relief for Maui. The entire crew but especially Jacques are truly exceptional, caring, hard working, absolutely phenomenal individuals. Cannot recommend highly enough. This business deserves all the support from the whole island for everything they've done for the community and continue to do. Mahalo nui loa Jacques!

Warning! If you use this service they will bombard you with solicitations for months, even if you ask them to stop. Unsubscribing from their email ads seems to have no effect. Blocking their number from unwanted texts also doesn't work, because they cycle through new numbers to get around your efforts. I've tried telling them I don't even live in Maui, but they seem insistant on offering me deliveries from 2,471 miles away. I plan on returning to Maui, but will never use this service again.

They do a great job communicating and are quick to deliver. They put service like door dash to shame. If you want food delivery in Maui shop local and use Hopper Maui!

I was traveling to hawaii and I had the most pleasant experience with hopper from start to finish! My food was delivered promptly and perfectly. The driver was so kind to me as well. Additionally hopper went out of its way to make sure I was satisfied. Great business morals and values. Delicious food and service! Can’t wait to be back in hawaii.

Ran into a delivery issue the second time I used the service (first time was 100% perfect) and the company owner called me within 10 minutes to address the concern. That’s service! Highly recommend using the local delivery service on Maui!

Hopper has a bit of a monopoly on the island. Typically a monopoly has the ability to drop in quality without losing business. That's not the case here. Their ordering process is efficient, delivery was fast, and communication from the driver was great.

Used their delivery service a few times while visiting Maui. Both drivers were friendly and brought the food fairly quickly with everything accounyed for. There is a few dollar price increase to the menu items as well as a delivery fee then you give a tip to the driver, so quite spendy, but when you don't have a car and the Maui bus just passed by you pay the fees to get dinner.
