I had a pleasant experience at this hotel with my husband. We had booked the deluxe room for 2 nights. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. We were given welcome drinks on arrival and as it was our anniversary the staff had done amazing arrangements from candle light dinner to music. It was a magical experince and I am looking forward to my next trip again. Kudos to the staff for taking care of their guest as if they are family. Staff - Great, Service-Great, Food and drinks - Great.

Nice ambience, good food, centrally located, well behaved staff. Drawbacks - food has become costly, Rooms need upgradation , parking problem when there is a party. Yet I would be liberal giving 4 stars.

Well maintained Hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. Pro Tip: The dinner buffet is actually less expensive than ordering 2 of the same dishes, a la carte! (Thanks to the staff for telling me this!)

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made from the best of best quality. And have been imported from many different places around the world. The rooms are beautifully designed. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are so good at what they prepare. Amazing and delicious food. Must visit place.

I would like to rate the hotel as 3 or maybe 2.5 in terms of service. The front desk staff is polite and courteous especially Sonam. We stayed here for a day and that was the wise decision. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of hills and I would rate it 3.5. the washroom flush was not working properly. The tea cups were not clean and they had no scan code for the food menu. The room service number is just for name sake as no one ever answered and we had to call reception. We had dinner at their Sheesh Mahal restaurant.l and ordered biryani which was just ok. The glass had hair in it. When we complained to the staff, they reacted as normal and just changed the glass. The staff needs to be trained on their behaviour and serving skills. The best part of the entire stay was ghazal that they organised in the evening. The food was overpriced and had a pathetic taste. I would not recommend or even wish to stay again as we have better options available at the same price.

One of the oldest hotel restaurant in Ajmer. Very convenient place to reach in the heart of the city. We prefer this place for its good ambience, good service and sometimes they manage a personalized experience that make the occasion a memorable one. The presence of soft music by the gazal singer is the icing on the cake. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent stay. Location is one of the best Hotel staff right from front desk to housekeeping is polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy. The restaurant food is not that great. Breakfast has limited options and not up to the mark. Still giving them 5 stars because really loved the stay because of the friendliness of the staff.

Hotel charges with GST but does not share invoice. At the time of booking, Agoda(booking platform) asked my arrival time that I mentioned 7/8 am. So, I expected the same time for my check-in. After booking, I found that it was from 2 pm to 12 pm of next day. I was near the hotel, so I visited there and mentioned this. Putting this booking fault on Agoda, Hotel agreed to my pre-arrival with extra charges(Rs.1000+tax). I am asking them to share my GST-paid invoice through continuous mails, but they are not responding now.

One of the best hotels i have been at. Incredible service, and the restaurant the have on the first floor is amazing and has a great service. I tried all three meals there and it was a great choice to go for their buffet. Their chef came out to check on all guests and we had the opportunity to try some of his new dishes that will be added to the menu soon. The rooms are really clean and they have a nice view of the city

We stayed in the Mansingh Palace 15 years ago and the stay at that time was memorable. Most hotels loose their luster after a couple of years. This is not the case with the Mansingh Palace. The staff was phenomenal and the managers were so considerate and welcoming. We had the best New Years Celebration due to the tireless efforts of the staff. It is so rare to stay in a hotel and come away with so many new friends. We were truly treated like family. I would not suggest staying anywhere else when you come to Ajmer.

We had booked the room after seeing lot of positive reviews and we were not let down. The check in was done smoothly. The staff was very courteous. The room was very neatly maintained. The hotel is located at the perfect location as it is very near to the dargah beside there is a beautiful lake nearby to go for a walk in the evening. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel, they have a widespread menu to choose from. The food was really good though a little expensive but the taste was worth it. The structure of the hotel is like an heritage building which is very well maintained. It showcases different elements of Rajasthani culture in it which is very intriguing. Overall a very nice & interesting place to have a memorable holiday.

I just went there for dinner with family. The ambience was just ok. The live performer was singing as if he hadn't had any food since ages. The staff was well behaved but probably the hotel doesn't want to spend on their attire. Some waiters were wearing dirty and torn shirts. The waiters didn't know about the dish preparation. They don't even know what kind of scotch they have in the bar. And most importantly the food.. it was pathetic in taste. I ordered 6 dishes and they all helped me ruining my evening. I paid just under 7000/ (INR) for a pathetic service, pathetic food, pathetic drink and a sleepy live performer. And... They are selective about accepting a credit card. Also, the washroom was stinky & messy. One star is more than enough.

Just had lunch there, did was of Good quality and taste. It's a old hotel but good for someone who wants to have a decent hygienic meal. Ambience, look and feel are ok...very old school. There is scope to improve upon the decor, need to revamp the place

Just working on old reputation. I continued stay because of receptionist Ms Sonali's helping nature. All othetr staff is working for tip. Breakfast was poor quality and staff at breakfast was attending to customer who offers Tip (money) . Few staff is also good..One of plumber technician helped me very well. But 90 % staff is only working for tip. No proper food service. Water pressure at wash basin was very slow.

Extremely bad experience. When you call, they say we can discuss on room tariff, once you arrive there with baggage...they have zero considerations. Not a ethical way of doing business. They even deny for hair oil pouch.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke and we had to ask them to give us a different room. The rooms feel old and are not updated as per modern hotel amenities. The food is pretty good though

I came from the United States for my wedding here and I want to recognize the staff and management for going above and beyond in their preparation, food service, hospitality, and customer service. Coming from overseas, it is difficult to make arrangements and I’m truly impressed and thankful for their accommodations. Everyone had a safe and amazing time. Our ceremony went up to 4am and management was still on-site to check in on us. I’ve travelled all over the world and the service here is truly world class. My partner and I will be back to stay here anytime we come back to Ajmer!

The place has exactly the same royal feel that you expect from its name. Everything in the hotel from the rooms, to the galleries, to the waiting area, to restaurants have heritage Rajasthani design to the interior not just the exterior of the palace. You will find intriguing elements relating to Rajasthani culture throughout the hotel. The hotel restaurant has musical evenings almost daily. Something to watch out for

Right in the heart of the city.. will give you the feel of yester years that we so so miss in the new hotels. The food was good, the staff was courteous and there was ample space for parking. But what one should not miss is the live Ghazal session during dinner by Mr. Mohan Sagar. Simply mesmerizing.

Hotel Mansingh Palace is inarguably the best hotel in Ajmer. The views are amazing. It is situated in the heart of the city. Stayed here for 3 days. The food tastes good but is on the spicy side. We had buffet for breakfast. Lunch and dinner we tried various items like papad roll (do recommend), gulab jamuns, palak paneer, paneer butter masala, missi roti, garlic butter naan, paneer tikka, cold coffee, masala chai, pina colada, chocolate milkshake, alfredo pasta, veg manchurian, noodles among other items. There is bathtub in every room. The rooms are really nice. The service is superrrr slow. As slow as it can be.

Beautiful place and yummy food. Only complaint I have is for the General Manager. He was drunk and backing up his jeep. I just got off the car with 2 elderly women and he backed his jeep on us. He hit our car and kept on backing up. I could tell he was drunk. We were banging on his jeep and honking the horn but he was too drunk to realize. The security guard whisked my elderly family members so we won't get hit. How pathetic to see all of this. Sad it gives such a bad name to India.

An excellent stay, perfect, to summarize.. We were a family of 5 adults & 1 child, and stayed comfortably in 3 classic rooms. The experience was wonderful from the very start.. We were most warmly greeted at the front desk, and special thanks to Ms.Sonam who ensured that we were given the rooms' combination of our choice and comfort.. The front desk, room service & housekeeping were all at their very best.. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 3 kms from the Dargah (Delhi Gate), and advisable to take public transport to avoid the traffic.. Also, the hotel is just a km away from the lakeside to take an evening stroll alondside roadside food stalls.. Overall, Hotel Mansingh Palace would be our choice of hotel everytime we visit Ajmer..

Great hotel overall with good cuisine. The food was slightly expensive but the portions were great and the taste was good so overall made up for the experience. Clean rooms with a good bathroom made the experience more than acceptable especially for the price.

Mansingh Hotel is located in the City Centre where most of the housing colonies are situated in Ajmer. It's a value Hotel because it's in the city centre and in case you are here for some work, you will be able to catch public transport. Rooms are good and the facilities are nice. Staff is also courteous and well trained. Landmark is one of the oldest hotel but still well maintained. It's almost close to full everyday.

Rooms are extremely nice and comfy with superb bathrooms...food (only had buffet breakfasts here) was good enough, items in menu are very expensive...GIVING ONE STAR LESS BCOZ the service needs a lot of improvement, first of all only the reception picks up the calls and not any other dept like restaurant or room service, secondly the things requested take a lot of time to be fulfilled and there is always something missing...giving 4 stars as i enjoyed my stay

The manager had threatened to "blacklist" us We had discussed with the assistant manager of the hotel about our early arrival and he told us to come directly and they'll match the online prices and even promised to provide no additional early check-in charges and asked us not to book via any online services. When we came in the morning there was only night staff and he did not inform us about extra charges for the early check-in. Later, the manager who is very rude asked us to pay charges for two days straight and when we refused to comply because this was a fallacy on hotel's side as the night assistant should have informed us because under the same bracket prices we were considering a lot of other good options, the manager finally buckled but not before he furiously mentioned that he shall be blacklisting us from the property and that we won't be allowed at any Mansingh property again. LET ME TELL YOU, THE JOKE'S ON YOU, I AM NEVER COMING BACK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also, the rooms were just okay, the hotel has lost its charm as it once was. There was no hand wash, the bath tub was the cheapest standard kind and the room stank of fungus.

This happens to be a heritage place and so is the staff. Staff is extremely lovable and the guy at the room service, man hats off to you, you are just awesome. Ajmer is a place where you will find your pockets snatched at every point but this hotel is just a soothe to the pinch.
