I arrived to an unclean room-There is bo way this place has 5 stars. It is terrible. Its late at night. I gave the hotel warning of my arrival time. I gave them plenty of time to prepare and they messed up and Im sure Im not the only one. The neighborhood is not good. So theft i guess happened so now I feel this is a waste of my time and money.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff are very accommodating and the coffee is great as well. Shoutout to Ash. The price of the room I got is very affordable but exceeded my expectations. You may check the video as well. I honestly don't wanna go home yet. I highly recommend this place. I'll be back!

This is nNOT a good location and I heard unsafe. What makes matters worst is that I arrive exhausted to an unmade room. The door was open and the bedding was a mess. Things had been dirty. Security lock is broken on window. Not worth it

Had a moderately pleasant stay here. The staff were very friendly - 5* to staff. We were able to have a late check-in as our flight didn’t arrive until 2am. The room was beautiful and very clean but unfortunately the air conditioning was AWFUL, a fan would have made more of an impact. The room was so so stuffy I felt like I couldn’t breathe which made it quite unpleasant. The wifi was ok, not amazing. Not the hotels fault but I did not feel safe in the area at night as a young female so other female travellers be aware. The hotel is within close proximity to the airport via Grab and has a 7/11 nearby and a mall nearby too, both within walking distance.

I'm giving review for Estoria Café. Location: 5/5 just below Airo Hotels Coffee: 4/5 Taste is good, the profile can be improved. Affordability: Just the right price for the size and taste. Ambiance: Less crowded, it doesn't get crowded and has a few tables where you can work on. Customer Service: Slow serving, I dunno for some weird reasons, ever since I dined in here, the serving was kind of slow even for just a cup of coffee, it takes them time to prepare. Food: Not as good as it first offered. They increased the price of the only 2 pastries they have but the quality decreased. Overall: one of my favorite cafés because of a lesser crowd.

Airo Suites is a very nice hotel conveniently located in the Makati district of Manila. The staff was very friendly attentive and professional. The Estoria Cafe in the hotel lobby offers delicious coffee and pastries. My room was super clean and furnished and offered a balcony for relaxation. The next time that I stay I would like to have the convenience of a small microwave and refrigerator. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay a few days in Manila.

Nice and very clean hotel! Rooms are sooooo lovely! Staff personnel are very friendly and helpful! Very good location, close to a big mall and Gil Puyat LRT station.
