They initially said their RFID readers won't be able to properly detect the RFID on the front mudguard of my bigbike. Made me come back when I had a do-it-yourself plate on my handlebar. I came back after having made a painted stainless plate which they still rejected. They now said it should be plastic NOT metal. Frustrating. I asked if they could put it on the front mudguard since it's plastic. They said no problem! Have not had any issues with entering and exiting the RFID tollgates since then...🤪

The PNCC compound is home to the Skyway O&M Corporation (SOMCO) office (Skyway head office) in Bicutan, Paranaque. Their main service for motorists is issuing RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) stickers, which you can use to pay cashless for Skyway and SLEX highways. They have ample parking in front of their building. At the ground floor, turn left to their customer service area for inquiries, applications and updates on your RFID account. You can load your RFID account via credit card or pay in cash. For new accounts, a customer representative will also process your required car documents and install the sticker on your car's windshield.

Northbound -Yes one star because there is no other option for lower rating. Concentrating all vehicles in one toll plaza is dumb.. pay as you enter is much better. Southbound - barriers is proven in EDSA in slowing down traffic flow. Please remove barriers near Bicutan exit, replace it by traffic enforcers .

I rate them 5 because they have senior parking space (3-4 slots) near the front entrance👍. However the queue for rfid application and reload can get pretty long sometimes 👎. On the average there will always be a waiting of about 10-15 minutes. There is ample parking space at the rear of the building.

IN ONE FELL SWOOP, YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DESTROYED THE WHOLE POINT OF AN ELEVATED TOLLWAY WHEN YOU CREATED THE TOLL GATES NEAR C-5 AT THE NORTHBOUND SIDE. TRAFFIC BACKED UP ALL THE WAY TO SOUTHWOODS AND HAD AFFECTED EVEN THOSE MOTORISTS AT THE GROUND LEVEL. DID YOU EVEN STUDY THIS USING COMPUTER TRAFFIC SIMULATIONS BEFORE YOU STARTED BUILDING THAT BLASTED TOLL ARCADE??? I GIVE YOU ONE STAR JUST BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS!!
