I don't usually write Google reviews, however on this occasion I feel unequivocally compelled. I booked my stay at ASN, with zero concept of the area, a less than well thought out itinerary, and a touch of uncertainty, as with smaller operations, it can be somewhat of a lucky dip. However, the pictures I saw of what appeared to be a well equipped gym sealed the deal for me. I was completely blown away with my stay. Firstly, the facilities were outstanding. The rooms felt luxurious, clean, modern and well appointed. Everything worked just as it should, and the attention to small details is ever present and appreciated from a customers point of view. (The showers are also outstanding) The gym (and I can't stress this enough) is brilliant and immaculately presented. Top shelf equipment that rivals, and surpasses many commercial gyms. If you're coming to Manila and don't want to compromise your training, don't hesitate to come here. The food is also great, I was impressed with everything served to me, and was genuinely excited to try a new dish each day. But putting everything else aside, and leaving the most important review for last, what truly makes ASN special is its wonderful staff. They were, of course, professional, courteous and perfectly capable in their roles, but moreso incredibly warm, hospitable, and would each go out of their way to improve my stay. I felt genuine friendship, and was offered an insight into local culture which for me, absolutely made my stay in the Philippines. I'm a delighted customer, and a little sad to leave. Thank you Jerome, Victor, Bernadette and Ryan for the friendship, good times, and consistently going above and beyond. You can tell the owner spent good money putting this hotel together, however his team is a priceless asset, and I wish them all only the best in the future. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure.

Fantastic hotel with great service! The rooms are luxurious, quiet and equipped with all sorts of amenities inc. Nespresso coffee! We booked the room because they have a gym, and we were not disappointed: the gym has a lot of brand new equipment and was great. Lastly, the service by Lauren (and the rest of the staff) was simply excellent: she made our stay comfortable and was always on standby to support - thanks!

It’s my first time to visit the Philippines but I had a heart-warming, home-like impression during my stay. Thanks Mrs Laurence and Mrs Bernadette for being so considerate and reacting to our needs ever so promptly. Even at the times they couldn’t accommodate our needs like currency exchange or laundry service they told us where and how. Also, many thanks to the bartender (he makes good cocktails) for introducing us his cousin to drive us to Tagaytay. In terms of the room, it has a good air conditioner, lighting, comfortable beds, etc. Just a slight glitch in bathroom cleaning on the first day of our five-day stay (a used towel on the hook, slight congestion of shower room drain). I’m glad that same problem didn’t recur on the following days. I wouldn’t say everything is 100% perfect about the hotel but the staff shows 100% hospitality and care for the residents. I also appreciate and admire their sweet, humorous solution when I brought the room keys to the airport so carelessly. 覺得這間的服務跟貼心程度符合台灣人的標準，有來馬尼拉的朋友不妨考慮看看。

Outstanding hotel! Super luxury at very reasonable prices. From the moment we pulled up out front, everything felt 5* and high end. The shower was the best we’ve experienced in any hotel. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and luxurious. Everything seemed brand new and worked well. Complimentary water in rooms as well as water dispensers on the main floor and gym. Very nice Nespresso machine in the room for coffee. Slippers, toiletries, safe, plush towels, ironing board, microwave, kettle - literally anything you need is probably in the room or the front desk will help you get it if they can. Restaurant and bar on top floor with great bartender and tasty food. Also close the airport. Highly recommend!

Amazing hidden gem in Manila! This hotel is brand new and really beautiful. Everything is great! The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished with everything you need, the beds are super comfortable and the cleaning is top notch. The rooftop bar has a really good and cozy atmosphere. The staff are super welcoming and sweet, they help with everything. The brand new gym is amazing, it's everything you could wish for. This is our best stay, thank you Alex!

The best accommodation in Manila! It’s been a long time since we had such a nice stay😊 the room is quiet, has a big cozy bed, a modern & clean bathroom and a new TV. The hotel has a big fitness studio with many high quality equipment. The staff is professional and very kind.

The place is fancy, clean and comfortable, but what I loved most was the staff. They really treated us like princesses. We can’t thank them enough, they made our stay so relaxing! The food on the rooftop was also very good, I had chicken wings and a croissant and scrambled eggs for the breakfast. The bartender created a cocktail for us, we just told him that we wanted something refreshing and he hit the spot! I definitely recommend

On top of the amazing facilities of this hotel, people working are above par. We arrived early 9am from long trip, but they never hesitate to accomodate us. Ms Badette from front desk make sure everything is so convenient for us. Janus always lend a helping hand. Ryan from the resto is also great in assisting us in all possible ways. it has also parking that is available all throughout our stay. For the price, its cheaper than hotel nearby but service is very customizable and above board. Will definitely book this once we are in Manila again.
