But the surprising part of our experience was the staff who never got tired serving us anytime. How they still managed to greet and smile despite their sleepy eyes when we came back very late at night or when we ordered coffee in the wee hours of the morning. They even cheerfully reminded us that we can request for a change of bedsheets or towels. All these at very affordable price.😲 We're from the City of Love and we have found this restful oasis amidst the hustling and bustling Metro Manila. The Hub District Garden Suites is now our home away from home. We will definitely come back. 😉

A very good price for roomy near european standard. Nice, big shower, nice garden with seatplaces, personal reachable round the clock. Per feet you reach a 7/11, drug store, lot of fast food restaurants. The location feels save and all interesting places are from there good reachable. The once im missing would be a swimming pool or a Jaccuzi. A little more communication from the service i would wished me. But if you ask for something you will become it instandly. Favorite for next visit of Manila.

AIRBNB! This place was a gem, you would not even realize the neighborhood coz once you get in you actually feel secured. 24 hours gate security. I was pleasantly surprised… a really amazingly nice homey, modest place. … by no means it is the Ritz but considering the pricing and location, people should be raving about this place… it’s like a haven in the midst of busy and chaotic pasay, almost feels like a sanctuary, lol, the gardens (plural) the chic ambiance , the energy and aesthetics. Clean sheets, modern bath/ shower rooms, toilet with bidet… this was hotel standard. Wifi was also good. The staff were the best… Rose was such an efficient coordinator and others were really helpful too. I paid 2x the price for a place in front of moa and it was disastrous, cockroaches crawling. Sooo glad I discovered this place. Really clean and you are still in the middle of everything: airport, moa, baclaran, divisoria if you know what I mean. Thank you for having me here Emmerich!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall experience was good, we had issues with wifi the first day and got room with beds different from what we booked. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating, they fixed wifi and changed the room with an upgrade the next day. Rooms are clean and modern, with good showers, comfortable for stay. Hotel is located right next to the lively market, but it’s very quite.

Very clean and new guesthouse, in the Pasay City, not too far from the airport. Staff very friendly. Rooms have smart TV. Beds very comfortable, good pillows. For food, there's less around here but we walked to the Dampa seafood market about 20 mins away and had a good time.

Loved our short stay in Pasay. Lucky to find this place. I saw a lot of good (early 2021) reviews before checking in. I happily agree with them and highly recommend The Hub District Garden Suites. The room is neat, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. They said they upgraded our suite to VIP, and wow the room is amazing. Complete with own bathroom, TV with netflix, a desk (just what I needed because I brought a lot of work!), sofa (love it!), and complimentary wifi. I love open spaces, and although the garden in front of our unit is still on the works, I loved natural light coming in. It is bare and quiet, but I felt like I am back in the province for a bit. Simple life. This is why I really enjoyed our breakfast the morning after. Opened curtains with a lot of sunshine coming in the room, just the two of us in silent moment -enjoying our simple breakfast and coffee. No car honks, no busy noises, and gadgets on the side. Yes, they also serve food. You can order from their menu. We especially loved the longganisa. Everything, you can communicate with them through their FB page. They also advised us that food deliveries are also allowed and they will assist you if needed. Challenges. Well, first is parking 😅 They do have their own parking space and my bf remarked that he is quite challenged by it hahaha( Idk, I dont drive lol) but! you'll have a lot of assistance from their kind staff so I don't really mind. The other one is wifi. It disconnects a lot of time during the busy hours( not so much during midnight). I have mobile data so I didn't really rely much on it so it's quite okay. I hope they can improve this one for the next guests. 😁 Overall, I highly recommend this place. Still giving full marks because they deserve it. My bf and I were impressed, and we would love to visit again. I had an early appointment the following day so I feel like my mini chillax and destress stay here was cut short 😂 Thanks to everyone who assisted us. I booked this hotel last minute, unexpectedly that it was a great decision. The staff were really accomudating and even went beyond to provide all my special request, for me to have a really comfortable stay. I commend the owner for being so hands on, and he made sure that my stay was superb. During my 3 weeks stay, i was been warmly accomudated by all the staff, specially by their supervisor. The place is cozy and will give you a resort vibe and you wont feel that you are in the heart of the metro. Will definity stay on this place again.

I'll be as constructive as possible in my criticism. Stayed in the garden suite for 1.5 days awaiting my flight back. TLDR : Clean place, but very hard to get a good rest due to sound and light. Great for groups of people who like to socialise but very poor for those who need a quiet place to rest. It reminds me of staying in a school dormitory. Staff was very helpful and friendly, no complaints there. Location is great too, but still a half hour journey from the airport with the traffic jam added in. Pros - Decent room size for the money. Paid about 2000 php - amazing water pressure, even though it's an instant water heater - TV with netflix and YouTube - separate toilet and shower - friendly and hospitable staff Cons - Paper thin walls and doors. Woken up countless times by people walking past the room, talking, from late night to early morning. And because my room is next to the garden, my sleep was destroyed by those hanging around outside chatting. Also, everytime someone opens the cabinet door or their main door next to me, it'll reverberate to my room. Morning watering of plants was just ridiculously loud as well. People talking to one another and vehicle horns outside could be clearly heard. - Provided a thin bedsheet as a blanket - why in the world would they choose a glass door to be the main door. The room was bright even at 7am in the morning. - no place to put luggage to unpack, had to use the table. There really isn't nothing much the management can do but to improve the sound insulation for the doors, and to discourage people from hanging out in the garden till late night chatting. Oh, thicker blanket too please, not just bedsheets.
