One of the best golf courses within laguna area.

Spend 3 days here, place is very clean, quiet and serene! You can see the mountains of tagaytay and its very near the Nuvali Park. The Lifeguard and security officers are strict but very respectful. Only Con is you need to have a car to buy supplies because the nearest market/grocery/mall is about 15 minutes ride away. If not don't have a car, you can hail a tricycle instead.

After the mass, I met a foreigner and his petite wife taking a stroll. And invited them for a cup of coffee at the Bean. Good to see a Londoner around.

We have a house here and it a great place for our family to go for the weekends to get away from the craziness of Metro Manila - where we work and go to school throughout the weekdays. In terms of distance, it's just far enough from the city that you feel you left behind the smog and traffic but not too far where you get tired from a long travel. The kids enjoy the space to ride their bikes safely throughout our subdivision, play basketball and soccer, and go swimming at the two different clubhouses. Within 5 minutes drive radius we have everything we need: Solenad Ayala Mall is like a U.S. mall, Vista Mall is a typical indoor mall here in Philippines (both malls have movie theaters), S&R shopping (its like Costco), South Supermarket, Shopwise, a Korean grocery, two hospitals, and recreation (wakeboard park, adventure camp, and golf course). All of this is just a 5 minute drive from our house! It's also close enough to Tagaytay if we want to visit. For those looking to relocate here as their permanent home, this place is at the center of the southern extensions of all the name brand schools found in Metro Manila: Ateneo, La Salle, Miriam, Xavier, UST. Also Brent International School's main campus is just an exit away. If you're looking for Southern living without giving up the comforts youve become accustomed to in Metro Manila, I'd recommend you take a good look at this area.

Role model houses!anyway..All the septic deposits must go directly to the fault line near this area... Adding some garbage sorting facility to make this community a model living place!

Had the chance to visit the different villages and my fave so far was the Chateau de Parix! Splendid life inside. Very European feels. It’s 6 out of 5!
