Food was tasty. But the staff needs more training for the host. The new plate was already oily so I asked to change explaining the reason and she just snatched it without any excuse. I usually go eat in Bistro restaurants and found their service problems often. (Food is always 5stars)

Italianni's quality of italian-american food have only improved over time. My mom and I absolutely loved our lunch al fresco - it was quiet and breezy. We ordered Calamares Fritos (really soft with crispy fried bits), penne arrabbiata (a little spicy but flavorful all the same), and Chicken Milanese (the meat was a little dry but the sauce balanced that out - tomato bits made it feel juicy). Had Panna cotta for dessert, which was just fine. Also love the free bread baskets! Always freshly baked. Shoutout to Oliver (manager present 19March) and Deyn who took care of our orders!

Beautiful food. The Caesar salad was amazing although expensive @ about 650. Full of chicken breast and bacon. We had the salad a pizza, 1 beer and a glass of wine for 2100. Tasty but pricey. We did take our leftovers home as the portions are fabulously large.

Top notch dining at the restaurant, absolutely great! The Schnitzel, Rotkhol, Cucumber Salad and more tastes so good, just like my Mom used to cook! Stopped by for lunch with friends @ Italiannis Ayala north exchange. Quite large selection of food to choose from. We picked few dishes to share. The calamari was nice and crispy, salad, pasta and chicken milanese sauce were equally tasty. The best part was the Newyork cheesecake! Sooo yummy!! Aside from delicious food, the service is outstanding — thanks to Billy! Iced tea refill were proactively served and of course for taking several photos with my friends!!!

Had lunch at Italianni’s ANE today. The food was great as always, and the service was impeccable. Our servers, Cath and Gelo, and the manager, Lea, were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Before we sat down, the booth was sanitized again even if it was already clean. From where we were sitting, we could see that they would sanitize every time they went out to the al fresco area or touched anything. We ordered their Sicillian salad, a personal favorite, the vongole, and cacio e pepe. All were very delicious. When the drinks took a while to be served, they were honest about it–they didn’t give any excuses; we got a clear explanation and an apology. Honesty in any business ranks high for me personally, and this helps build brand loyalty in my case. Whenever I am at ANE, Italianni’s is always my go-to restaurant. Today’s experience just cements their position on my list even further.

Like most Italianni's branches, food is great and tasty. This branch is actually cozy due to its location. It's also near Ayala Triangle Gardens so you may conveniently go there to watch the Christmas Light Show after dinner. The servers were accommodating. They even gave our birthday celebrant free fried ice cream.

Similar to the greenbelt branch, a bit more noisy perhaps, the food was as expected. Small serving is enough for one person. The taste is satisfactory. The pastas are served with a knife instead of a spoon, but that is alright. The mango four seasons was nice. The dalandan was served warmed as a refill, which was quite surprising.

Love tasting new, unique dishes. It didn’t disappoint. - I always hesitate ordering mango shakes in restaurants because I’m always disappointed because it’s either watered down, sour (even tho advertised as sweet), or so obviously artificially sweetened. But yet I always order it anyway. But I was not disappointed here. I would say hands down, one of THE BEST mango shakes. It was sweet, but with very PURE mango taste! I was so surprised because why did it take me this long to order mango shake from italiannis?? The only reason why service is 4 is because the place was empty, but we were having a hard time finding a server. They were all sitting at the back room.

Yesterday we had meat balls with spagheti and seafood rice and today pizza and it was really good . Tonight is an unusual night, been raining for 2 days, and when I walked in around 5:30 the place was quite. But by 7PM people started to walk in, plus a few large tables, and by 7:30 the place was humming. 2 Managers on duty Ma'am Sheali and Sir Dale plus 5 crew managed the business so well. Dion who was there to help with bussing the tables for quick turnaround was a great help. For a true Italian meal, nowhere else, but Italianni's Ayala North Exchange Maraming maraming salamat po.

Good Italian food! Starting with the complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic dip everything we had here was great! Fettuccine Alfredo with Asiago sauce and parmesan was delicious. As was the thin crust Margherita Pizza

Very attentive, helpful staffs. Tried the Italianni's Salad and Strawberry Cheesecake. The salad was tasty but the strawberry cheesecake was extraordinarily tasty. Very good combination and the strawberries blend in fairly well 👍

If you like long waits, incomplete orders, and forgotten requests, this restaurant is for you. We arrived as soon as it opened at 7am, restaurant only had 3 tables of customers. We ordered by 7:05. The order of the table that arrived 20 minutes after us were served by 7:45. Our order arrived 7:56 and only after follow ups. The restaurant was quarter full by the time. The breakfast sets we order arrived incomplete with missing sides and sauce. We did not even get a glass of water from the staff in the 1 hour we waited so we just served ourselves; we asked. We requested for the bill but like the watet, no one attended to it for 20 minutes despite follow ups until we stood up in front of the counter. The manager forgot to add the voucher from our Bistro card. I felt bad that the manager and few staff around were running around like headless chickens, very much overwhelmed. This branch is either terribly understaffed or not well managed.

First time I ate here I waited long for my pancakes and had to have it replaced because they must have accidentally used salt instead of sugar (it was too salty). I gave it another chance today when a friend and I had brunch. We got caesar salad and it took 40 minutes for them to serve it. It was 1030 in the morning so it wasn’t a full house then. The food was good, but the 2 stars is for the consistent poor service.

The German Club is a cozy German restaurant at the Penthouse of the Eurovilla II Building. It is exactly as described in its webpage. Menu items are in the 450-1350 range. Shared a salad (250) and a plate of assorted german meats with sauerkraut and mashed potato (750) with a colleague. So yeah, one order could very well serve 2 Filipinos with average appetites. Had a tall glass of German beer and coffee. Both were really good. Food is lecker und köstlich. Price is affordable, if u think in Euros. The place is lovely and the staff are warm and accomodating. Would love to come back.

I saw two staff members only, the Manager, Oliver, and another one, and Oliver is really doing way beyond his capacity as Manager to be able to serve. As always, food did not disappoint. The food was great and the staff were accommodating although we went during lunch time so it was really jam packed. We waited for almost an hour to be seated, and we were seated at the middle. Nevertheless, the food satisfied our palate. We ordered seafood aglio olio, chicken alfredo, herb chicken, sicilian salad and pizza margherita. I really liked the quattro formaggi and the chicken alfredo. The food was served as soon as we got seated and the staff really tried to accommodate us the best they can. Great food and service all in all, though best to dine during non peak hours. 👍

It was my first time trying Italiani's Restaurant which is somewhat in the mainstream when it comes to fancy italian restos in the ph. As it is one of the most common mention when talking about italian resto, I had an expectation and was quite underwhlemed. Of all the Italian themed Resto that Ive been to, the ratio of taste and price was so off in this resto. The food was not bad, but its not good either for the price that I pay for each order. I got a "I would've enjoyed it if I spent that amount of money in _____ instead"-thought. Some orders were bland for my taste comparing to other italian restos that Ive eaten before and I really enjoyed. Tried the pasta, the Pizza, the ribs, and the chips. This is my conpletely honest feedback, The pasta was bland, the pizza was burnt at the bottom thus there is an overpowering burnt taste, the ribs were good. The chips were also good but the dip was overpowering. The ambiance was good though, the servers also tried their best but they served an important side dish(rice) 30 mins after serving all the pasta, pizza, and ribs. They also have parking which was also good. Overall, I think people percieve Italiani's good because Its is in the mainstream. In my opinion, I paid that much for the brand and not the quality of the dish.

I dine in very frequently in Bistro Group Restaurants, generally I'm satisfied with the food drinks and service. Last Monday February 20th I dined in Italianni's Ayala North Exchange store and from the start to finish it was a complete disaster. I believe they were short of staff and the 2 female servers were so overwhelmed, hardly could get their attention as they were busy serving a few large groups and others. Finally I had to reach out to the Door Person for help. I had a Minestrone which was good, taste and temperature were good but the portion is small, looks like a kids meal! The pasta was a disaster. The pasta was swimming in a pool of oil, I scooped out the oil which filled the entire bottom of the oval dining plate. I gave it to Sir Dale who was the only Manager present, he kindly offered me to change, but by seeing the chaos in the restaurant, I declined his kind offer. The glass of red wine served was nearly 'frozen' not sure who drinks red wine served so cold? I dine in this restaurant at least twice a week, but not sure if I ever want to return. Bistro Group get your act together and don't let this place break apart, you may not be able to fix, unless you act now.

Same Italliani's chain in a really good location. Located at the Ground Floor of the Ayala North Exchange complex, this branch right beside the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is very visible from Ayala Avenue. Food quality is what you would expect of this chain. The restaurant is very well designed, clean, spacious and relaxing. Parking is available at the Ayala North Exchange entrance thru the side street.

I’m here now, awful service!!!! The cosmo came with a slice of salami in it (I don’t eat pork), the rice was cold on a warm plate, miraculous! Salmon Pasta was 6/10 but over salted. Give me great food or average food with amazing service but don’t fall down on both. Truly horrible, waiting ten minutes with dirty plates and no offer of dessert of server in sight! Even had to go to the bar to get a drink after a 25 min wait from ordering! Come on do better! Oh and dirty floors covered in food!
