    Your services take too long when it comes to getting Approvals for coverage! Your Gen Connect App is useless because LOA requests cannot be approved, they are always queued! You're going to call before it's approved, what's the point of requesting the App?! And when you call, your Reps are not well trained, they give different information! Will you just send an email of LOA more than 45mins to wait? What is it that all the pages are encoded and you don't have a template?!
